Because the project is in the factory area, close to the office area, in order to ensure the safety of the unit, the company's team carried out customized design, selected the appropriate impeller diameter and hub height, and used light and shadow control, vibration and noise reduction, clearance monitoring and other technologies to ensure the safe operation and harmonious coexistence of the equipment. Today, the five wind turbines can bring more than 20 million yuan of power generation income to the plant every year, which greatly improves the operation of the plant. In terms of energy conservation and emission reduction, compared with coal-fired thermal power units of the same scale, it can save 12,273 tons of standard coal and 29,604 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year, and save 101,000 tons of water resources per year according to the design water consumption of coal-fired thermal power plants.

As an important transportation hub in Heilongjiang Province and one of the six major passenger and freight transit centers in the province, Suihua City enjoys the reputation of "Saibei Jiangnan", and its distributed wind power project is one of the demonstration projects of Harbin Electric Wind Energy. During the construction process, in the face of a series of challenges such as the lack of original wind resource data of the project, the wide and discrete spatial distribution of the turbines, belonging to 10 different villages and towns, and the extremely complex access situation, Harbin Electric Wind Energy rose to the challenge, combined with the actual situation of different rural areas, organized and dispatched a professional technical team to conduct in-depth field investigations in the local area, and through the use of mesoscale + virtual wind measurement technology 3D modeling, accurate drawing, optimization and evaluation, etc., "opening the road in the mountains and building bridges in the water" for each wind turbine of the wind power project. Each site was customized with a personalized development and construction plan, and 18 units of the project with a total capacity of 50MW were successfully installed, and they were successfully connected to the grid in November 2021. With an annual power generation capacity of about 135 million kWh and a reduction of about 114,000 tons of carbon dioxide, the project is an important "partner" for stable output of clean energy and strong support for local agricultural production and industrial development.
