Instructions
Take middle and middle school as an example
(The operation process is the same for kindergarten and elementary school)
1. Unregistered students
Students who have not registered can make up the registration process as follows:
1.1 Open the most Jiangyin APP, find the "New Student Pre-registration" module, and click to enter.
1.2 Select the registration section
Select the section you want to register, read the "New Student Pre-registration Instructions" and "User Privacy and Authorization Agreement" carefully, and then check "I have read and agree to the User Privacy and Authorization Agreement" to start registration.
1.3 Fill in household registration information
Enter the information filling page, enter the name, certificate type, certificate number, guardian's title, name, certificate type, certificate number, contact mobile phone (mobile phone number needs to obtain a verification code for verification) and submit, identity information verification takes a period of time, please pay attention to the stage status of progress inquiry.
1.4 Fill in the enrollment information
After the first stage of household registration information verification is passed, the second stage of enrollment information filling is completed.
Operation process for local students: Confirm household registration information - > select the area to be enrolled and related real estate information - > confirm the town (street) to be enrolled - > improve other information of students and guardians - > submit
New citizen operation process: confirm the guardian's social security payment and residence permit information - > enter the real estate information or residential address - > confirm the town (street) to be enrolled - > improve the other information of the student and guardian - > submit
2. Registered students
If there is any change in the information of the registered students, the relevant information can be modified, and the operation process is as follows:
2.1 Open the Jiangyin APP and find the "New Student Pre-registration" module
2.2 Click "Progress Query" to enter
2.3 Change the name or ID number of the student or guardian
2.3.1 Click on the first stage of household registration information verification to enter
2.3.2 If the student's information fails to pass the system verification, the [Modify] button can be seen and clicked to modify; If the system is verified, the [Modify] button will not be visible, if you need to modify, please contact the Education Department of each town (street);
2.3.3 The guardian information can be seen with the [Modify] button, click to modify;
After the modification, the system will re-verify the user's identity, and you may need to fill in the second stage of enrollment information again.
2.4 Change household registration, real estate, social security, and residence permit information
2.4.1 Click on the first stage of household registration information verification to enter;
2.4.2 If there is any change in the household registration, real estate, social security, and residence permit information of the student or guardian, the student or guardian can click the [Resubmit] button at the bottom of the page to update the information after 3-5 working days;
Reminder: The [Resubmit] button can only be clicked once a day.
2.4.3 When the status of the first stage is changed to "Completed", click on the second stage to fill in the enrollment information.
2.4.4 Click the [Modify] button at the back of the admission voucher for new students to enter, fill in the form according to the prompts on the page and submit.
3. Check the on-site verification results
In June, the system will verify the household registration and real estate again, and new citizens will also need to verify the social security payment and residence permit information.
In June, students who have passed the system will go to the school for on-site verification after receiving the notification from the school, and then the relevant admission information will be displayed in the third stage of the progress inquiry.
