Multi-screen immersive interaction to create a new experience of "intelligence" in driving
Under the development trend of automotive intelligence and networking, in-vehicle displays not only need to present a smart vision, but also need to innovate interactive experience. At the exhibition site, Tianma showcased a new generation of intelligent cockpit display solutions and a variety of innovative on-board display technologies, creating a more intelligent and experiential "third space", and looking forward to the infinite possibilities of intelligent driving in the future.
Smart cockpit display solution
Based on automotive-grade flexible OLED display technology and transparent Micro-LED display technology, Tianma has launched a new generation of smart cockpit display solutions.
Among them, in the instrument and central control area, a 13" dynamic cold-formed OLED display is adopted, which integrates the advantages of Tianma flexible OLED display technology and Corning's LivingHinge™ technology, and the curvature of the screen surface can reach R200mm, and the product performance has more than 200,000 dynamic bending capabilities while meeting the mechanical strength of vehicle specifications. Not only can it be curved according to the user's height and viewing preferences, but it can also be "hidden" when the user does not need it, perfectly integrated into the interior design, adding a futuristic feeling to the interior of the car.
In the passenger area, the 13" sliding OLED display adopts TPOT technology to make the whole thinner and lighter, which is mainly used in the center console of the car and the entertainment display of the passenger driver. The external curvature of this product reaches R4.5mm, and the sliding distance is greater than 70mm, which can improve the efficiency of the use of limited space in the car, and once the screen is fully expanded, the display area can be more than twice that of the shrinkage state.
In the rearview mirror area, the 8.07" high-PPI transparent special-shaped Micro-LED display achieves high transparency and delicate image quality through innovative pixel design scheme and refined TFT stacking process, while further exploring the innovation of flexible and free-form shapes, and realizes the octagonal design. In the central armrest area, a 9.38" transparent Micro-LED display with a transparency of up to 70% achieves a perfect blend of cabin design aesthetics and technology.
Local dimming solutions
In terms of dimming display technology layout, Tianma already has a full range of local dimming solutions such as ACRUS and QD Mini-LED. Among them, the automotive quantum dot Mini-LED achieves 2400 partitions on the basis of 12.3" through small-pitch LEDs, achieving an ultra-high display contrast ratio of more than 1,000,000:1, so as to restore all images to the extreme and comprehensively upgrade the sensory experience of drivers and passengers.

In this exhibition, Tianma displayed a variety of hidden displays, giving the display a natural scientific and technological beauty. When the screen is off, the display blends perfectly with the interior. When the display lights up, a dynamic display appears above the decorative layer. The decorative layer contains a tactile feel close to the real material, and at the same time has high-definition display quality. The display is equipped with Mini-LED backlight to show excellent integration effect, realize the perfect hiding of the screen, and enhance the visual appearance and user experience.
Smartphone display
Multi-form free upgrade, opening up new scenarios of rich display
In the field of smart phone display, Tianma uses flexible OLED display technology to innovate and upgrade parameters in various forms such as internal folding, external folding, multi-folding and curling.
At the same time, in terms of power consumption, through the integration of CFOT, HTD, MLP and other technologies, the power consumption of the end panel of the whole machine in related application scenarios has been greatly reduced by more than 30%, meeting the comprehensive needs of consumers for the form, battery life and image quality performance of the whole machine.
Based on the existing a-Si process, a new type of in-screen integrated light sensor is designed, which can detect the ambient light brightness in real time, so as to adaptively adjust the backlight brightness. The in-cell light sensor can detect in the brightness range of 0-30000 lux and can achieve detection accuracy of 1 lux in ambient light from 0-50 lux.
In addition, Tianma pioneered the multi-frequency drive LCD display technology, which can reduce the power consumption of the module display by 25%, reduce the power consumption of the whole screen of the terminal, and the standby time is longer, reaching the industry-leading level. The product breaks through the existing LCD design ideas, adopts a new design architecture, and realizes the partition frequency function, that is, the screen has a variety of display frame rates at the same time, and can be matched with AP to achieve high frame rate in the video area and low frame rate in the static area according to the picture information, which meets the market's demand for low power consumption and strong battery life.

EyeFun display
Tianma's latest EyeFun display technology solution is an innovative application of Tianma's comprehensive visual effect optimization on the basis of advanced ultra-low reflective LCD technology, integrating Tianma's latest concepts and technical research results in the field of display health (EyeFun technology), and the overall anti-reflective effect meets TÜV Rheinland's non-reflective specifications (total reflectivity is less than 1%), which can be widely used in various fields such as education and text work displays, game displays and even medical displays in the future.
As a new generation of health display products, this display screen not only has excellent display quality, but also meets the needs of users for visual health and eye protection for long-term viewing under different indoor ambient light by optimizing AG strength and improving backlight viewing angles with the blessing of ultra-low reflection technology.
High-brush oxide laptop display
Tianma's first high refresh rate display using oxide process, under high mobility, the oxide high brush display technology breaks through the problems of device stability, Cu process, oxide drive design and other problems, so that the screen refresh rate reaches WQ 300Hz, coupled with 3ms fast response and DCI 100% high color gamut, which is specially designed for e-sports, bringing a more immersive gaming experience.
Broadband display
The 16" 3.1K 15~120Hz broadband display is the world's first LTPS laptop display with a low-frequency state as low as 15Hz, which applies LTPS backplane technology to achieve a broadband display of 15~120Hz at 3.1K resolution, reaching the Intel LPDT4.0 standard, which can be well adapted to life, office, study and other scenarios, integrating multiple functions, which can not only meet the immersive experience brought by high refresh rate, but also ensure the long battery life given by low refresh rate.

Micro-LED display
Micro-LED is known as one of the next generation of mainstream display technology, Tianma since 2017, focusing on high PPI, high brightness, high transparency Micro-LED display technology, has successively released high transparency, seamless splicing, transparent adjustable, ultra-low transparency, ultra-high PPI and other industry-leading Micro-LED displays.
At the exhibition site, Tianma focused on the launch of the 1.63" ultra-high PPI active Micro-LED display, PPI reached 403, is the world's first PPI above 400 Micro-LED glass-based display, color gamut of more than 110% NTSC, can achieve ultra-low reflectivity, with high definition, good color, high efficiency and other characteristics, can be widely used in a variety of smart wearable and mobile terminals; The 7.6" HUD display uses Micro-LED technology to achieve a high brightness of 5000nits. Compared with traditional LCD, it has the advantages of thinner structure, wider color gamut and faster response, and can be applied to the field of automotive windshield projection display in the future, effectively improving driving safety.
3D light field display
Tianma's first 3D light field display technology adopts tracking ultra-multi-view technology and high-speed real-time rendering algorithms to bring a comfortable and clear 3D viewing experience. At the same time, it also adopts the self-developed full LCD prism technology, which can realize the lossless 2D/3D one-click switching function, providing users with a wider range of application scenarios. Through the combination of real-time viewport rendering based on human eye tracking and dual-axis mechanical rotation, the 3D perspective is further expanded, which can be applied to various scenarios such as automotive, IT and professional displays, which greatly improves the user's 3D viewing experience.
Fluidink微墨流华
Tianma's first μ-Fluidink micro-ink lubration technology integrates the self-developed reflectivity display material system, device structure, algorithm, simulation model, drive technology and mass production process route compatible with the LCD process, so as to achieve higher clarity, reflectivity and contrast, μ-Fluidink technology also supports color and flexibility, and can play videos smoothly.
