This case is a set of large flat floors, facing the river, with excellent views, and the functional area planning of the original house type is comprehensive, and the dynamic and static partitions are reasonable, so the designer only fine-tunes part of the space, so that residents can obtain greater comfort in their daily life:
1. Move the partition wall of the room next to the entrance door inward as a study. The custom shoe cabinet is opposite the entrance door, making the entrance space more spacious and comfortable.
2. The original kitchen was small and difficult to use, so the designer removed the partition wall and changed it to an open layout to expand the operation space.
3. The landscape balcony is 8.8 meters long, only for viewing the scenery is more wasteful, the designer will change one end to an independent laundry room, the remaining space into the interior, change the horizontal hall to the square hall, and maximize the extension of the living room, so that the public area is more flexible, and the lighting and vision are also rising in a straight line.
4. The small balcony of the master bedroom is incorporated into the interior to increase the usable area, and the two small cubicles are combined into a large cloakroom.
