In order to further strengthen safety education, improve the earthquake emergency response ability of all teachers and students in our school, enhance the awareness of prevention, correctly and effectively respond to emergencies, properly handle campus safety accidents, prevent or reduce the possible harm caused by earthquakes and other accidents to teachers and students to the greatest extent, and ensure the health and life safety of teachers and students, on May 11, Longxian Vocational Education Center carried out the 2024 earthquake emergency evacuation drill.
Careful planning and careful deployment
In order to fully organize the earthquake and fire emergency evacuation drill, the Longxian Vocational Education Center formulated the drill plan in advance and held a special meeting to arrange the deployment, so that all teachers and students could clarify the emergency drill tasks and precautions, and be familiar with the procedures, contents, discipline requirements and evacuation routes of the drill.
Safety drills are well organized
With a rapid siren sounding, the earthquake emergency evacuation drill officially began. The class teachers quickly organized the students to avoid the shock on the spot, and instructed the students to take emergency shelter in the right way: pick up books, schoolbags and other items to protect their heads, and curl up and hide under their desks.
Immediately after the evacuation alarm sounded, the students under the organization of the teacher, their hands tightly protected their heads, and quickly and orderly evacuated to the emergency refuge zone in accordance with the evacuation route, and the teachers instructed the students to escape safely in each escape route. During the whole evacuation drill, the teachers and students of the school responded quickly, acted quickly, cooperated tacitly, and did not have any unsafe behaviors such as crowding and pushing.
After all teachers and students evacuated to the emergency shelter zone, each class quickly counted the number of students, checked whether there were any missing students, and organized the team.
After the earthquake escape drill in the simulated classroom, the Longxian Vocational Education Center successively organized and carried out the simulated night dormitory fire escape and evacuation drill. After the emergency evacuation alert was issued, students evacuated to the emergency shelter zone quickly, safely and orderly under the guidance of the dormitory manager and the responsible personnel of each floor.
After the fire escape and evacuation drill, Director Fan of the Moral Education Department trained all teachers and students on the correct use of fire extinguishers and precautions, and guided teachers and students to operate and use fire extinguishers on site.
Summarize and sort out, optimize and improve
Finally, Director Fan summarized the earthquake fire escape drill. He pointed out that the simulation exercise was well-organized and efficiently implemented. The whole exercise process was tense, orderly and orderly. Through the drill, the ability of teachers and students to prevent earthquakes and reduce disasters and avoid emergencies was effectively improved. At the same time, he also hopes that all teachers and students can take this drill as an opportunity to establish a sense of safety in times of peace, take precautions, and if they encounter emergencies, they must respond calmly, avoid danger correctly, effectively save themselves, escape safely, and fully protect their own lives and property!
Earthquake prevention in mind, drill practice. The earthquake prevention and fire emergency evacuation drills further strengthened the awareness of teachers and students to be prepared for danger in times of peace, enhanced the self-rescue ability of teachers and students to avoid danger in emergencies, and improved the school's organizational ability to deal with various emergencies.
