In order to effectively improve the professional quality of medical personnel, temper a rigorous and pragmatic work style, cultivate a positive industry spirit, and strengthen the emergency response ability to deal with public health emergencies, the Liuba Central Health Center of Minle County organized a skill competition of "training soldiers to strengthen skills and promote improvement".
With the purpose of improving the level of medical treatment, five clinical skills competitions were carried out, including in-hospital first aid, appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine, and nursing skills. At the end of each group of competitions, the judges analyzed and commented on the problems and deficiencies in the operation, and urged the staff of the hospital to take the "skill competition" as an opportunity to carry out regular post training, learn from each other's strengths, promote each other, comprehensively improve the skill level of medical staff, and provide patients with high-quality medical services.
