At the meeting, the company reported in detail the main energy-using process of the project and the energy-saving analysis of the main energy-using equipment;
There is also the level of energy efficiency of the project, as well as the main measures in the implementation of energy savings.
After listening to the report, the experts unanimously recognized that the project passed the review.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 150 million yuan, eliminating part of the all-steel tire production capacity and adding engineering tire production capacity.
A total of 32 sets of equipment with high energy consumption and low production capacity were eliminated, and 1 zero-degree cutting machine was transformed and upgraded.
At the same time, one set of automatic logistics line for final inspection was added.
The product structure was adjusted to 42,000 14.00R25 and 38,000 16.00R25 engineering tire production lines.
At present, the annual production capacity of the Shuangqian Jiangsu plant is 2.9 million all-steel trucks and 74,000 engineering tires.
After the completion of the expansion, its annual production capacity of all-steel trucks will be reduced to 2.6 million, and the annual production capacity of all-steel engineering tires will increase to 154,000.
