Rudong Water Group Co., Ltd. is a county-owned state-owned enterprise, which was established and operated on December 24, 2020. The Group adheres to the strategic positioning of "people's livelihood security, ecological security and development security", and strives to achieve high-quality development of water affairs in accordance with the development idea of "integration of water supply and drainage, integration of water environment management, and integration of water industry development". Due to the needs of business development, 29 labor dispatch workers of the affiliated company are now openly recruited from the public, and the relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Basic conditions 1. Have Chinese nationality, abide by the law, have good conduct, be honest and self-disciplined, and have high political literacy. 2. Able to bear hardships and stand hard work, love and dedication, have a strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics; Able to obey the arrangement, obey the dispatch, have a strong team spirit and sense of service, and abide by the company's rules and regulations. 3. Physically and mentally healthy, with physical and physical conditions suitable for the position, able to bear certain work pressure. 4. Under the same conditions for all positions, members of the Communist Party of China are preferred. 5. 3. Recruitment procedures (1) Registration and qualification reviewThis recruitment will take the form of online registration, and the registration time will be from May 15, 2024 to 4:00 p.m. on May 23, 2024. Each person is limited to 1 position, and overreporting is invalid. Applicants need to download Attachment 2, fill in the registration information truthfully as required, and send the "Registration Form", the scanned copy of the front and back of the ID card, the scanned copy of the academic degree certificate, the student status verification report of the student information network and the scanned copy of other materials required by the position (the supporting materials of work experience can provide the certificate stamped by the original unit or the labor contract indicating the post) to the mailbox: [email protected], and the email is named after "recruitment position + name + mobile phone number". 24 hours after the applicant submits the information online, he or she can go to the mailbox where the registration information was issued to inquire about the preliminary review opinion (postponed accordingly in case of holidays). (2) Examination method recruitment consists of qualification review, job suitability evaluation, written examination and interview. The details are as follows: 1. Qualification review and job suitability evaluation. The personnel who have passed the preliminary examination shall send the original and photocopies of the registration materials to the designated place for qualification review. According to the applicant's learning and work experience, professional certificates, professional titles, honors, etc., the suitability of the corresponding positions will be evaluated. The specific time and place will be notified separately. 2. Written test. The qualified personnel who have passed the qualification review for the additional written examination positions enter the written examination of public subjects, which mainly examines comprehensive knowledge and ability and quality, and does not specify the scope of the examination. The weight of the written test and job suitability evaluation is 1:1, and the score is based on a 100-point system. For positions without written examinations, the evaluation score of job suitability is directly counted as a comprehensive score. The specific time and place will be notified separately. The comprehensive results of the written test and job suitability evaluation are publicized on the Rudong Talent Network (http://www.rdrc.com.cn/). 2. Interview. According to the comprehensive score from high to low, according to the number of job recruits 3 times to determine the interviewer, if there is the last same score, the tied personnel will all enter the interview; where it is less than 3 times, it shall be determined according to the facts. The form of structured interview is used to examine the basic qualities and abilities of the personnel to meet the needs of the position. The results of the individual interview will be announced on the spot, and the score will be scored on a 100-point scale, and those with an interview score of less than 60 points will not be included in the total score of the examination. The specific time and place will be notified separately. The total score of the recruitment examination is synthesized according to the weight of 50% of the comprehensive score of the written test and the job evaluation and 50% of the interview score, and the personnel entering the physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 from high score to low score. The total results of the recruitment examination and the list of those who enter the physical examination are publicized on the Rudong Talent Network (http://www.rdrc.com.cn/). 3. Physical examination. The physical examination shall be conducted in the designated physical examination institution, and shall be carried out with reference to the standards and requirements for the physical examination of civil servants. If the applicant has doubts about the results of the physical examination, he or she may apply for a re-examination, and the re-examination shall be conducted at the designated physical examination institution. The specific time and place will be notified separately. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicant. 4. Go through the relevant procedures. Those who pass the physical examination and meet the employment conditions after inspection shall go through the recruitment procedures for labor dispatch workers according to the regulations. The list of personnel to be hired is publicized on the Rudong Talent Network (http://www.rdrc.com.cn/). If the hired person fails to report within the specified time, it will be deemed to have given up automatically. In the process of physical examination, publicity and recruitment procedures, when there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to the following circumstances, among the qualified personnel interviewed for the position, the total score will be supplemented at one time from high to low, and it will not be filled after the recruitment is approved: (1) the applicant does not meet the requirements for inspection or physical examination; (2) The results of the announcement of the personnel to be hired affect the employment; (3) The person to be hired clearly gives up the employment; (4) Other circumstances that lead to vacancies in the positions to be hired. 5. If it is not full, it will be supplemented later according to the situation.

4. Discipline Supervision The recruitment work adheres to the principle of "openness, equality, competition, and merit-based selection", and the whole process is subject to the supervision of all sectors of society and discipline inspection and supervision departments.
