Recently, the prefabrication task of the left main arch ring segment of the Wumeng Mountain Bridge undertaken by the Highway Group Naqing 12 Bid of Guizhou Communications Construction Group was successfully completed. After the new rain in the empty mountain, against the backdrop of green water and green mountains and beautiful rainbows, the Wumeng Mountain Bridge instantly exploded in appearance and reached a new height of beauty.
The 30 sections of the main arch ring on the left side of the bridge are all prefabricated and completed, of which 23 sections have been hoisted, and the prefabricated section construction of the main arch ring is strictly controlled by on-site technicians from the acceptance of raw materials, the processing of semi-finished steel reinforcement products, the production of steel tire frames, the binding of steel skeletons, the installation and commissioning of tire frames, and the pouring of construction concrete.
In the prefabrication process, the project department reasonably coordinates the segmental prefabrication task and hoisting construction progress, dynamically adjusts the construction plan, reasonably allocates resources, and shortens the segmental prefabrication cycle, so as to achieve the balance between supply and demand of segmental prefabrication and hoisting construction. They used steam curing technology to ensure the quality of segment prefabrication on the premise of ensuring the overall construction progress of the project.
It is understood that the Wumeng Mountain Bridge is the world's first steel truss web member-concrete composite arch bridge, invested by Guizhou Communications Construction Group, Guizhou Highway Group constructed, is the control project of Naqing Expressway, located in the Liuzhi Special Zone, across the Azhi River Gorge and both sides of the slope construction.
