These more abundant scenario applications are guided by market demand to guide the continuous flow of innovative resources and elements to various fields of low-altitude economy.

To develop a low-altitude economy, Fengtai District has a solid and comprehensive industrial foundation and technological advantages. Fengtai District has two 100-billion-level industrial clusters of rail transit and aerospace, as well as many scientific research institutes closely related to the low-altitude economy, which play an important role in improving the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the low-altitude economy and forming a low-altitude economic industrial ecology. The development of low-altitude economy is a trend for Fengtai District, and it is also a matter of accumulation.

At the site of the low-altitude economic industry innovation conference in Fengtai District, Cui Xulong, member of the Standing Committee of the Fengtai District Party Committee and deputy head of the district, introduced that Fengtai District has gathered 115 low-altitude economic key enterprises and 110 peripheral affiliated enterprises, which are distributed in the industrial chain links such as low-altitude manufacturing, low-altitude support, low-altitude flight and comprehensive services, forming a preliminary ecology of low-altitude economy. Among them, there are 16 core enterprises in the fields of unmanned aerial vehicles, low-altitude defense systems, high-precision navigation, radar, communication equipment, etc., with an output value of nearly 40 billion yuan.

"In the field of aircraft development, the First and Third Aerospace Institutes in Fengtai District have reached the world-class level in terms of UAV structure, design, power system and manufacturing process; The number of civil long-endurance fixed-wing UAVs produced by the 11th Academy of Aerospace ranks first in the country, and its rainbow series UAV products have reached the top level in China. Cui Xulong introduced that in the fields of low-altitude aircraft, digital take-off and landing fields, ground supporting service systems and equipment, low-altitude supervision systems and countermeasure equipment, Fengtai District has leading technical advantages, and will focus on promoting the production of key components and core technology research and development in the future, so as to form a scale effect as soon as possible.

A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned that Fengtai District has reserved a number of strategic scientific and technological innovation forces, with 2 national key laboratories and 9 national enterprise technology centers, and has world-leading technical reserves in some subdivisions. At present, the First Academy of Aerospace, the Third Academy of Aerospace, the Eleventh Academy of Aerospace, and the 201st Institute of Ordnance have included low-altitude economy in key research directions to accelerate the promotion of related industrial layout.

Previously, Fengtai District announced that it would take the Hexi area as the main carrying area to accelerate the planning and construction of a low-altitude economic industrial park of 2 million square meters. The reporter further learned from the press conference that the industrial park includes a 1 million square meter R&D base and a 1 million square meter manufacturing base, and will systematically plan the supporting infrastructure and comprehensive testing laboratories of the industrial park. And has prepared 260,000 square meters of factory space for CRRC No. 27 Factory and Shougang Ertong Factory, and 5,000 sets of public rental housing for talents, which can directly connect enterprises and talents.

Fengtai District is planning to set up a low-altitude economic industry development fund, unite leading enterprises and mobilize social investment institutions to jointly promote the rapid and high-quality development of low-altitude economic industries.

At the conference site, Chu Junwei, deputy secretary of the Fengtai District Party Committee and head of the district, said that Fengtai District follows the concept of driving industrial development with technology research and development, strives to solve the problem of low-altitude airspace management, and is committed to building the main position of low-altitude economic and technological innovation and achievement transformation in the capital and even the whole country, the high-end R&D and manufacturing area of aircraft, and the source of low-altitude flight control system, and takes the lead in building a low-altitude economic and industrial development demonstration area in the city.

In September this year, the China Low-altitude Economic Industry Innovation and Development Conference will be held to build it into a professional platform for low-altitude economic industry development and exchange, give full play to the role of market-oriented mechanism, and vigorously promote the development of core technologies and product exchanges and displays in the field of low-altitude economy in China.

The relevant person in charge revealed that the alliance combined with the core technologies such as line-level digital platform, data closed-loop, artificial intelligence, intelligent perception, and timely safety management accumulated by Fengtai District in the fields of rail transit and aerospace, will lay out and build a municipal-level "low-altitude airspace dispatching and command system and safety assurance key laboratory (center)", set up a number of independent research teams, carry out collaborative innovation of key industrial technologies, and strive to form 1-2 mature, stable, safe, reliable, and efficient low-altitude command and dispatch systems within 1 year.
