Eight excavators are excavating earthwork and leveling the site in preparation for the next step of construction. More than 300 workers wearing hard hats and reflective clothing busily shuttled through various work areas to carry out steel bar binding, formwork installation, concrete pouring, etc.
It is understood that the project uses a large number of superimposed floor slabs for construction. It combines the advantages of prefabricated floor slabs and cast-in-place floor slabs, can be assembled at the construction site, greatly shortening the construction time, and at the same time, in terms of mechanical and electrical embedding, the superimposed floor slab has a more accurate pre-embedded position than the traditional construction method, which can greatly reduce the operation difficulty of electromechanical and other pipeline embedding, ensure efficiency at the same time, and the construction quality is more guaranteed.
"Since the start of construction, the project has faced many challenges, especially the rainy weather in Changsha in the first half of the year, which has brought a lot of impact to the construction." The project leader of the general contracting company of China Construction Fifth Bureau said that the project team actively responded, adjusted the construction plan, and grabbed sunny days and rainy days to ensure that the construction progress was not affected. At present, the main construction of 7 factories in the project is underway, and it is expected that the capping of the main structure of all factories will be completed by the end of August this year.
The 003 plot factory building project in the consumer electronics industry agglomeration area of Jinxia Economic Development Zone is located in Kaifu District, with a total construction area of 91,000 square meters, including 4 standard workshops and 4 production plants. As an important carrying area for Jinxia Economic and Technological Development Zone to build a highland of scientific and technological innovation and advanced manufacturing, the project will be deeply integrated into the industrial system of Jinxia Economic and Technological Development Zone and boost the economic and social development of Changsha Chengbei.
