He joined the public security work in January 2006 and was the deputy director of the Chengguan Police Station of the Qingshuihe County Public Security Bureau before his death. Comrade Li Xinchun has been diligent and pragmatic all his life, loving and dedicating himself to his job, loyal to his duties, and willing to contribute. Since 18 years as a police officer, he has been fighting in the front line of public security at the grassroots level for a long time, leading by example at all times in his work, doing a solid job in combating violations and crimes, resolving contradictions and disputes, and serving the people with a high sense of responsibility and mission, and has made positive contributions to maintaining social security and stability in the jurisdiction. In 2022, he was rated as an advanced individual in the "Fengqiao-style Public Security Police Station Creation Work" by the Public Security Department of the Autonomous Region, and won an individual commendation. On the morning of May 8, 2024, Comrade Li Xinchun encountered fierce resistance at the scene of leading the team to arrest drug-related suspects, fought bravely, induced diseases, and died heroically at 12:56 after all-out rescue efforts failed, and his life was forever fixed at the age of 41.
