Ji Boer, Director of the Investment Promotion Department of the Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce, Yang Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Huinan Town, Ge Jie, Deputy General Manager of Nantong Sijian Group Co., Ltd., Tang Xiaoxiong, Vice President of BMW/MINI of Baode Enterprise Group, heads of relevant departments of the town, Baode Enterprise Group and Shanghai Fande Management Team attended the ceremony to witness the groundbreaking ceremony.
Yang Yang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and mayor of Huinan Town, made an opening speech, Huinan Town has continuously increased its efforts to attract investment around the goal of high-quality economic development, and the landing of the automobile mall project will become an important engine to boost the economic development of Huinan.
Tang Xiaoxiong, Vice President of BMW/MINI Brand of Powerleader Enterprise Group, gave a brief introduction to the project and said that during the construction process, the quality of the project will be strictly controlled and contribute to the economic and social development of Huinan Town.
The total area of the project is 13,333.4 square meters, the total construction area is 27,300.1 square meters, and the project has 220 parking spaces for motor vehicles, which is expected to be completed in July 2025.
Huinan Town will further ensure supporting services in terms of policies and resources, press the "fast forward button", run out of "acceleration", and go all out to help BMW Lingchuang Auto Mall in Shanghai Fande Huinan Town to build a multi-functional and one-stop car life complex with complete functions, new models and radiation surrounding areas.
