Case review
In the case of a financial loan contract dispute between Guangxi Liucheng County Rural Commercial Bank and Zheng, the subject matter of the application for enforcement was 9 million yuan. During the enforcement, the person subject to enforcement refused to repay the loan for various reasons, and the enforcement judge seized a real estate located in Zhouning under the name of the person subject to enforcement, Zheng, in accordance with the law.
On November 30, 2023, the judicial auction of the property was successful, and the bidder found that the property had been occupied by an outsider Li for a long time after the transfer of ownership.
