During this year's May Day holiday, my friends and I drove to the niche scenic spots in Liping, Jinping, Zhenyuan, and Huangping counties in southeast Guizhou, and the first thing we arrived at was Qiaojie in Liping County.
Liping County is very small, Qiao Street is in Liping County, and Qiao Street can be reached by navigating Qiao Street.
There is a very famous ancient street in Liping County, the name is Qiaojie, Liping Qiaojie was listed as a famous historical and cultural street in China in 2011, built in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, has a history of more than 600 years, Qiaojie is high at both ends and low in the middle, like a flat Dan, so it is named Qiao Street, at the same time, Qiaojie is also vividly called "Biandan Street".
We toured Hang Street and found that there are many attractions in Hang Street
1, into the entrance of Qiao Street is a style of exquisite stone archway, the archway has the words "Qiao Street", standing on the archway and looking down, the landscape of the whole street is clearly displayed in front of our eyes.
2. The street of Qiaojie is paved with stone slabs, walk into the street of Qiaojie to feel the legacy of the ancient road, the big stone slabs are polished smooth and shiny by people's footsteps, there are some shops on both sides of the street, the eaves of the buildings are warped, and the rows are very ornamental.
3. There are no ancient wells in Qiaojie, it is said that there are many springs in Qiaojie, each spring has a well, we can see some of these ancient wells when we walk on the stone road of Qiaojie, if you visit the whole ancient city, it is said that there are 72 ancient wells, we did not finish, we only visited one street.
4. Two Lakes Hall. The Two Lakes Hall was founded in the second year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty and in 1797. Raise funds for local natives. It provides a place for merchants from the two countries to rest. There are buildings such as Uwang Palace and Dongting Palace loft in the hall.
5. Gospel Church. Originally a residential house, in 1929 German missionaries practiced healing here, and the house was transformed into a European-style building on the outside, but the interior is still in Chinese style. In December 1934, when the Red Army's Long March passed through Liping and the Liping Conference was held, Bogu and Li De lived here.
6. Red tourist attractions. In December 1934, the Red Army's Long March passed through Qiaojie and held a meeting here, known as the Liping Conference. The Red Army left many red footprints during the period of Li Pingqiao Street.
The famous red tourist attractions in Qiao Street include the Liping Conference Memorial Hall, the Liping Conference Site, Mao Zedong's Residence, the former site of the Central Red Army Cadres Recuperation Company, and the former site of the Chinese Soviet State Bank.
The site of the Liping Conference is located in the middle of Qiaojie, it is the house of Hu Rongshun, a local tyrant, the house is very large, when the Red Army beat Liping, Hu Rongshun's family was scared away, the Red Army lived in this house and held the Liping Conference, there is still Zhu De in the courtyard, and the original room where Zhou Enlai lived was preserved.
