Xinhua Insurance is open to the public to recruit members of provincial branch teams, including two types of positions:
1. The main person in charge of the provincial branch
2. The deputy position of the provincial branch team is divided into three appointment directions:

Job Requirements
1. 2. Have a bachelor's degree or above, and be a member of the Communist Party of China.
3. Meet the regulatory requirements for more than 5 years of financial work or more than 8 years of economic work and other relevant qualifications. Have strong execution, team leadership, sales management, comprehensive management, reform and innovation ability, good at scientific and reasonable allocation of resources, good at training subordinates, and have a strong sense of compliance and risk control, market competition, and cost-effectiveness. Specific requirements:
(1) The main person in charge of the branch: has rich experience in the team members of the provincial branch of the life insurance company or similar management experience, has strong management ability, the ability to control the overall situation, and the ability to grasp the team and lead the team.
(2) General manager of individual insurance channels: rich management experience in the team members of provincial branches of life insurance companies (general managers of individual insurance channels) or the main persons in charge of large municipal branches (central branches); There is a strong marketing team organization development, excellent team construction, and high-end customer management ability.
(3) General manager of bank agency channel: rich management experience in the team members of the provincial branch of life insurance companies (general manager in charge of bank agency channels) or the main person in charge of the banking business department, or the management experience of the head of the bank branch, the head of the personal finance department, the private banking department and other relevant departments, or the management experience of the person in charge of the relevant department such as the institutional business department of other financial units, or similar management experience in other large and medium-sized enterprises; Have strong banking channel development capabilities and related channels and customer resources.
(4) General manager of group channels: rich management experience in the team members of provincial branches of life insurance companies (general managers in charge of group channels) or the main person in charge of the group business department, or the management experience of the president of the bank branch, the head of the institutional key customer department, the corporate business department and other relevant departments, or the management experience of the person in charge of the relevant department such as the institutional business department of other financial units, or similar management experience in other large and medium-sized enterprises; Have a strong ability to develop key customer channels and related channels and customer resources for corporate business.
