Bag Picking Process
The bag picking process is shown in the following figure:
Information required for bag collection
1. Information required for bag collection:
(1) Chinese mainland players must hold the original valid resident ID card and sign the "Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment" (signed on site)
(2) Non-Chinese players must hold their original passports.
2. Contestants who fail to arrive on time to collect it for some reason can collect it on their behalf (one person is limited to three copies).
The representative is required to provide the following information (all of which are indispensable):
(1) ID card of the person to be collected on behalf of the person (photocopy);
(2) A .pdf of the contestant's health and safety responsibility commitment signed by the person being collected;
(3) Power of attorney for the 2024 Maitreya Women's Half Marathon signed by the representative (a copy .pdf of the ID card of the representative is required).
(4) The person to be collected on behalf of the person shall provide:
Half marathon runners must provide: a completion certificate of half marathon and above in Class A events of the Chinese Athletics Association in the past three years or a physical examination report (including electrocardiogram) within one year;
Runners of 10km must provide: training data of more than 10km in the past three months or physical examination report (including electrocardiogram) within one year.
Supplies distribution group
Half Marathon: Race bag, race uniform, bib number, sponsor materials. (Note: Chip detection is required for half a marathon)
10 km: race bags, race uniforms, bib numbers, sponsor materials. (Note: 10 kilometers need to be detected by chip)
Mini Run: Race bag, race uniform, bib number, sponsor materials.
Tips
(1) Individual participants in the half marathon, 10km and mini run events must bring the original second-generation ID card (or the original valid ID selected when registering) to the site to collect it.
[Note: Half marathon participants must provide: the completion certificate of the half marathon and above in the class A events of the Chinese Athletics Association in the past three years or the physical examination report (including electrocardiogram) within one year; Runners of 10km must provide: training data of more than 10km in the past three months or physical examination report (including electrocardiogram) within one year. Race bags will not be distributed on the day of the race.
(2) Once the materials are confirmed to be handed over, they will not be returned, exchanged or supplemented, and the contestants are requested to check with the volunteers (or staff) as soon as possible after receiving the materials, and at the same time conduct a chip check before leaving the venue.
(3) On the day of the race, you must check in with your number bib before entering the assembly area, please be sure to keep your number bib.
