2024
In order to implement the spirit of the "Wujin District Outstanding Educational Talents Reward Measures (Trial)" (Wu Ban Fa [2019] No. 116) document, attract outstanding students to apply for the normal examination, encourage outstanding talents to teach for a long time, and promote the sound and rapid development of Wujin education. After research, it was decided to carry out the pilot work of applying for the normal major by outstanding graduates of ordinary high schools.
Part.01
Who is going to take the exam
Outstanding graduates of Jiangsu Qianhuang Senior High School, Jiangsu Wujin Senior High School, and Jiangsu Qianhuang Senior High School International Branch in 2024.
Part.02
Prerequisites
1. Good ideological quality, excellent moral character, physical and mental health, willing to engage in education.
2. Voluntarily apply for the following 10 "double first-class universities" (Beijing Normal University, Northeast Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, South China Normal University, Hunan Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University, Suzhou University, Nanjing Normal University, Capital Normal University) and be admitted in this batch.
3. Dignified appearance, boys are more than 1.65 meters tall, and girls are more than 1.55 meters tall.
Part.03
Pilot Quota and Referral Procedure
1. There are a total of 50 pilot places, of which the proportion of male students shall not be less than 20% in principle, and several students in Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, politics, history, and geography. Those who have won the title of three good students or outstanding student cadres at the school level or above in high school, or those who have won commendations and awards at the school level or above are preferred.
2. The three pilot high schools should do a good job in publicity and mobilization, ensure the quality of recommendation, and guide candidates who meet the conditions and are willing to fill in the above 10 "double first-class construction universities" to fill in the volunteer form.
3. After the admission of this batch, the school will guide the candidates who have been admitted to the normal major of the above-mentioned 10 "double first-class construction universities" to fill in the "Recommendation Form for Outstanding Graduates of Ordinary High Schools in Wujin District, Changzhou City in 2024 to Apply for Normal Majors" in triplicate, and send the recommendation form and the "Summary Form of Recommendation for Outstanding Graduates of Ordinary High Schools in Wujin District, Changzhou City in 2024 to Apply for Normal Majors" to the Wujin District Teacher Management Service Center.
4. The Wujin District Teacher Management Service Center reviews the recommended candidates for the three pilot high schools. For qualified outstanding graduates, the District Education Bureau adopts a structured interview to select candidates. The interview pass line is 70 points, and those who fail to pass the interview will be disqualified.
Part.04
Employment methods
After the students graduate on time and obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate, the students who graduate in the current year and meet the employment conditions will be selected and hired by the District Education Bureau through the "Talent Plan" of Changzhou Education System or the open recruitment of teachers by Wujin District for the society. If the work unit is not confirmed through open recruitment, the Teacher Management Service Center under the Wujin District Education Bureau will arrange employment (non-career establishment) through two-way selection and merit-based recruitment. If the work unit cannot be confirmed according to this method, the qualification for employment arrangement shall be cancelled.
Part.05
Instructions
1. After the admission of the college entrance examination and confirmation, the district education bureau will sign a training and merit-based employment agreement with the students and their parents. The admitted person promises to engage in basic education in the district for no less than 6 years after graduation, and if he fails to engage in basic education teaching according to the agreement, he or she shall refund the incentive fee and pay liquidated damages according to the regulations. Encourage lifelong engagement in education and teaching.
2. After graduating from the bachelor's degree, you can take the postgraduate examination, and the postgraduate major direction should be the same or similar to the undergraduate major.
3. During the undergraduate and graduate studies, students must pass the assessment every semester before they can be arranged for employment according to the employment method. If you fail the semester comprehensive assessment, or are punished for violating discipline, or fail to graduate on time, the scholarship qualification and merit-based employment qualification will be automatically cancelled.
4. After graduating from undergraduate or graduate school, those who are engaged in education and teaching according to the agreement can enjoy grants and scholarships. Among them, the bursary will be 20,000 yuan after graduating from the university and obtaining relevant certificates and being hired as a teacher in Wujin District, and another 20,000 yuan will be issued after the new teacher passes the probationary assessment; After joining the university, the scholarship will be issued according to the award of the comprehensive performance during the university, and the second prize and above will be awarded at the school level, the second prize and above in the basic skills competition for normal students at the college level, and the award of about 5,000 yuan for the three good students or outstanding student cadres and above at the college level, with a maximum total of no more than 20,000 yuan.
