According to the "Notice on the Tiered Electricity Price System for Residents" issued by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission on January 31, the new tiered electricity price system for residents will be implemented from February 1, 2024.
1. The first level of power
is 200 kWh and below, and the electricity price is 0.588 yuan/kWh. 1 kWh is equal to 1 kWh of electricity, and if the monthly electricity consumption does not exceed 200 kWh, it is calculated at 0.588 yuan per kWh.
2. The second level of power
In spring and autumn (March, April, May, September, October, November), if the second level of electricity exceeds 200 kWh to less than 350 kWh, the price will be increased by 0.05 yuan per kWh. That is to say, if your electricity consumption in March is 300 kWh, of which 200 kWh is calculated according to 0.588 yuan per degree, and more than 100 degrees should be 0.588 yuan plus 0.05 yuan, which is 0.638 yuan per degree. 200 multiplied by 0.588 is 117.6 yuan, plus 63.8 yuan, for a total of 181.4 yuan.
In winter and summer (January, February, June, July, August, December), the second level of electricity is more than 200 kWh to 450 kWh, and the price is increased by 0.05 yuan per kWh.
3. The third level of power
The third level of electricity in spring and autumn is more than 350 kWh, and the price will be increased by 0.30 yuan per kWh on the basis of the benchmark electricity price. The third level of electricity in winter and summer is more than 450 kWh, and the price is increased by 0.30 yuan per kWh.
According to the tiered electricity price system for Hunan residents, as long as it is kept within 200 kWh every month, it is still more cost-effective, but if it exceeds 200 kWh and is controlled within 350 kWh, the price will be increased. Fortunately, if it exceeds 350 degrees in winter and summer, it will be calculated according to the third level of electricity price. If you don't want to pay too much electricity bills every month, you need to control your electricity consumption.
At present, in addition to the implementation of the tiered electricity price system for residents in Hunan, Hubei also implements the tiered electricity price system for residents, and Shanghai implements the electricity price according to the peak and valley.
