In accordance with the requirements of key work tasks for the establishment of creditworthiness, the Baiyun Obo Mining Area Government Affairs Service Center is to organize all departments and units in the district to carry out a review of the six types of legally-prescribed credit pledges: "approval substitution", "acceptance of defects", "certification substitution", "credit restoration", "industry self-discipline", and "active publicity". The purpose of this review is to further optimize the administrative approval process, continuously improve the management method, improve the efficiency of examination and approval, promote the construction of the credit system, create an honest and trustworthy credit environment, help improve the level of government services in Baiyun Obo Mining Area, and create a first-class business environment. Up to now, a total of 99 statutory credit pledges have been sorted out, namely "tolerant acceptance" and "certificate substitution", and a list of statutory credit pledges has been established and implemented immediately.

In order to further implement the requirements of government service facilitation, Baiyun Obo Mining Area actively explores government service mechanisms based on credit services and government affairs integrity, organizes all departments in the district to reorganize and publish the list of 8 items of "notification and commitment" and 57 items of "tolerance and acceptance", and embeds credit commitments into the process of handling matters, and uses data to empower enterprises to verify enterprise credit information, and establishes a new model of credit approval through "credit + tolerance acceptance" and "credit + notification commitment", effectively promoting the further improvement of the quality of government services. The speed of handling matters has been further improved, and the satisfaction of the masses has been further improved.

In the next step, the government affairs service center of Baiyun Obo Mining Area will focus on the difficulties and blockages of the enterprise masses, continue to optimize the approval service process, innovate the service model, strive to improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of the enterprise masses, and promote the further upgrading of the construction of government affairs integrity in the whole region.
