The 2024 Huadu District "Qinglian Speaking" Speech Contest is sponsored by the Huadu District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the Youth League District Committee, and co-organized by the District Recitation Association. The competition is divided into three parts: the selection competition, the preliminary round and the final round. The selection competition is organized by each unit itself, and the outstanding contestants are selected to recommend to the organizing committee to participate in the preliminary round by recording videos. A total of 78 entries were accepted in the preliminary round, and a total of 20 entries were selected to enter the finals after being reviewed by the preliminary competition review committee.
