Recently, Boli County will create the Wusihun River National 4A-level Scenic Area Improvement Project as an effective starting point to promote the protection and development of the Wusihun River, play a good role in attracting investment, and continue to accumulate strong momentum for the high-quality development of Boli County.
Heilongjiang Boliusihun River National Forest Park was established in December 2003, with a total area of 17,601 hectares, and the optimized park area is 9,780.31 hectares, and was rated as a 3A-level scenic spot by the National Tourism Administration in December 2012.
Sing the main theme of creation and anchor the great development of green. From 2022 to 2023, Boli County will make every effort to build the first national 4A-level tourist attraction in Qitaihe City. The Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Boli County actively attracted investment, and successfully signed the "Heilongjiang Bolius Hun River National Forest Park Investment Promotion and Development Agreement" with Heilongjiang Xianglong Tourism Service Management Co., Ltd., and set up a special project work class, formulated a work plan, and sounded the rallying cry of "pole crossing" for eco-tourism.
The whole process is full of enthusiasm and good construction combination. The total investment of the 4A upgrading project of Wusihun River National Forest Park is expected to be 51 million yuan, with a cumulative investment of more than 3,000 yuan and a completion rate of about 60%. At present, the original 6 kilometers of asphalt paving and road construction marking work have been completed, 3 kilometers of sand and gravel pavement repair work and 9,000 square meters of ecological parking lot paving work, more than 3,000 meters of Wolong Peak original trail board and all pavilions and corridors in the park maintenance work and Wolong Peak public toilet renovation has been basically completed, 1,200 square meters of Xianglong Hotel decoration has been nearing completion. Outdoor propaganda electronic screens were installed, and a new museum of the history of the Ushun River was built.
Focus on improving to the end, and plan for the grand plan. The original public toilets have been beautified, 35 B&Bs have been repaired, roof tiles and exterior wall decorations are currently being laid, the landscape improvement of abandoned chimneys is under construction, the appearance of the museum has been renovated in accordance with the design plan of the tourism investment company, 1 visitor center has been repaired, and ancillary facilities and internal functional facilities such as water parks and other scenic spots are being improved.
