Recruitment targets and basic conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China.

(3) Be of good character, volunteer to engage in primary medical and health services, and love health care.

(4) Have the qualifications, qualifications, professional (practice) qualifications and other conditions required for the position.

(5) Have the physical conditions to meet the requirements of the post.

(9) Non-2024 graduates who are studying in ordinary colleges and universities cannot apply for the examination, and non-2024 graduates who are studying full-time in ordinary colleges and universities cannot apply for the examination with their original academic qualifications and degree certificates.

(10) In principle, commissioned trainees (orientation students) who will graduate in 2024 and commissioned trainees or orientation students who have not yet completed the service period specified in the training agreement (employment contract) are not allowed to apply for the examination.

(11) The staff of the public institution in the same form of funding in the health system of the district shall not apply for the examination.

Related Policies

(1) Those who recruit for health technology positions with a master's degree or above, or recruit for professional positions in short supply (general practitioners, dentists, pediatricians), are not subject to the minimum examination ratio.

(2) If the resident physicians recruited from the society are fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, they will be employed in medical and health institutions in the year when they pass the residency training, and they will be treated the same as the fresh graduates of the current year. Clinicians with a bachelor's degree who have passed the residency training shall be treated the same as those with master's degrees in clinical medicine, stomatology, and traditional Chinese medicine.

The exam consists of a written test and an interview. The comprehensive score of the examination is converted according to 40% of the written test and 60% of the interview.

Written

The written test subjects for medical posts are professional related knowledge, and the written test subjects for health promotion staff posts are vocational aptitude tests, with a full score of 100 points. Candidates must take the written test according to the test center, examination room and time specified on the admission ticket with the admission ticket and the valid ID card (both are indispensable).

Physical examination and inspection

According to the comprehensive results of the candidates' examinations, according to the number of positions recruited, the physical examination and inspection personnel shall be determined in a ratio of 1:1. If the comprehensive scores are equal, the highest written test score will be ranked first (if the written test score is also the same, the ranking will be based on academic background, degree, and work experience).

Publicity and employment
