Peng Changer, general manager of Shanghai Pengshi Mushroom Industry Co., Ltd., is a "third generation of mushrooms". His insistence on edible mushroom innovation has made "live mushrooms + understory mushrooms" a business card of Qingpu. He is a young pioneer of rural revitalization, working the land he loves, driving the surrounding farmers to get rich, and exploring a road of characteristic development of rural revitalization industry.
