According to reports, this is the third new domestic and foreign listed company in Chengdu this year, and the first listed company on the Growth Enterprise Market in Chengdu and Sichuan Province this year.
Founded in 2009 and registered at No. 909, Section 4, Xihanggang Avenue, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, covering an area of 110 acres, Reddy's is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development, production and sales of key components of automation and intelligent equipment, transmission and braking systems, and a national specialized and special new "little giant" enterprise, whose products are widely used in CNC machine tools, robots, elevators and other automation equipment fields. As of the end of 2023, the company has obtained 114 patents and 9 computer software copyrights.
According to reports, on January 12, 2023, the IPO listing application of Reddy's Intelligent Drive Company was approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and on April 3, 2024, it obtained the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration, and intends to be listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on May 13, 2024, raising about 357 million yuan, which will be fully invested in the electromagnetic brake expansion project and the construction project of the Ruidi Intelligent Drive R&D Center in Shuangliu District. The company's output value in 2023 will be about 550 million yuan, an increase of 0.7%, the tax revenue will be about 30 million yuan, and the net profit will be 96.58 million yuan; In the first quarter of 2024, the output value will be 120 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.2%. After the company is listed, it is expected that the output value will reach 1 billion yuan, the tax revenue will reach 60 million yuan, and the net profit will reach 200 million yuan within three years.
On April 26, Huajin Securities released a "New Stock Coverage Research" for Reddy's Intelligent Drive, which summarized the investment highlights: the company's core main product electromagnetic brake has achieved a certain market position, supporting the supply of Inovance Technology, Eston, Hitachi Elevator and other well-known downstream manufacturers. Among them, the revenue proportion of servo brakes with high added value continues to grow, and the company has formed technical reserves in wind power brakes, rail transit brakes and other products. The company's harmonic reducer products implement a differentiated competition strategy and deeply cultivate the field of collaborative robot segmentation, and have introduced more than 60 customers.
In recent years, Shuangliu District has continued to make new progress and breakthroughs in promoting the listing of enterprises. As the 11th IPO listed company in Shuangliu District, Reddy's has further enriched the team of listed companies in Shuangliu District, set an excellent example for other companies to be listed in the area, and helped the capital market to better understand and recognize Shuangliu.
