A few days ago, the Yakeshi Transportation Development Center painted the Yakeshi Bridge (Erdao Bridge) with blue and white paint, posted red and white reflective stickers, and the aging bridge deck took on a new look, further improving road traffic safety and ensuring the safety of citizens.
Yakeshi Bridge (Erdao Bridge) is located at the east exit of the city, across the eastern suburbs of the city of Zadun River, in 2009, the municipal government approved as the Yakeshi municipal cultural relics protection unit. This bridge has been used as a highway bridge for nearly 40 years, and due to the long operation time, coupled with wind and sun, aging and damage, the wall paint of the bridge body has fallen off. In order to ensure the safety of the public, the staff of the Municipal Transportation Development Center turned into "stuccoers" to polish the peeling and peeling walls, paint them, post reflective stickers, and take multiple measures to maintain and transform the Yakeshi Bridge, bringing more "sense of security" to the past citizens.
Ren Wanhua, director of the Municipal Transportation Development Center, introduced that the Yakeshi Bridge was built on October 22, 1977, and the Yakeshi Municipal Transportation Bureau in order to protect the historical buildings, the staff of the organization unit lasted 3 days to maintain its facilities such as the limited viaduct, bridge guardrail and signs, and to keep the bridge deck clean and tidy as a whole, and to warn passing vehicles to drive carefully at night to avoid damaging historical buildings.
The blue and white bridge guardrails are both beautiful and eye-catching, greatly enhancing the visual identity of the road, and the red and white reflective stickers help remind the public of the safety of driving at night. The Municipal Transportation Development Center dispatched more than 30 people, 4 vehicles, 5 barrels of professional dyeing materials, 10 barrels of red and white paint, and 500 meters of red and white reflective stickers, using "embroidery" to promote the old bridges to rejuvenate themselves.
The Municipal Transportation Development Center has always insisted on listening to the voices of the people, relieving the people's hardship, solving the people's worries, and doing practical things for the people with heart and soul. Remove garbage on both sides of the highway from Yakeshi to Zhuoshan and Yakeshi South Exit G301 and S204 on the Y001 line, prune the street trees that affect traffic, create a high-quality, convenient, efficient and comfortable travel environment, improve the road traffic safety factor, and effectively ensure the safe and comfortable travel of citizens.
