On the side of the body, of course, the new car maintains the EV6's signature large hatchback lines, with a slightly slumped roof, a thick body with relatively low ground clearance, hidden door handles, large wheels and other elements are not absent, the latter still has a rich and individual shape, which seems to be quite hard. At the rear, there are no noticeable adjustments, but the rear bumper shape has been corrected to form a correspondence with the front face, such as the continuous taillights and the large roof spoiler, which are consistent with the performance of the old model. In the interior part of the design level of the new car is not much different, basically continuing the design of the double-linked suspended large-size LCD screen, the knob and shift mechanism in the front area of the armrest box on the center console deflected to the driving side, the one-button start button, the open storage compartment and other elements are not absent.
There are some surprises that some people do not use the latest pocket gear mechanism of the family, which may also be to save costs, but the screen bezel has been trimmed to a certain extent, which appears more regular, and the steering wheel has also been fine-tuned, and the Kia logo on one side is in line with the latest family characteristics, and the car machine system, Hud head-up display and other elements have also been upgraded, catching up with the current fashion. In terms of power, the configuration of the new car has not changed much, the maximum power of the rear single motor is 228 horsepower, and the electronically controlled four-wheel drive system composed of 320 horsepower front and rear dual motors will not be absent, of course, the future GT version will also follow the modification, but it has not been officially released.
But on this basis, the battery and charging have been improved, the battery capacity has increased by 7 kWh, reaching 84 kWh, the pure electric range is in the case of 19-inch wheels, the EPA working condition has reached 494 km, a slight increase of about 20 km, and the 800-volt high-voltage electrical architecture supports 350 kW DC fast charging, which only takes 18 minutes to charge to 80%, and also has a good supplement efficiency.
