In order to fully implement the requirements for running special education well, in the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, promote the high-quality development of special education, and share high-quality educational resources. On May 13, 2024, four schools from Beijing Jianxiang School, Tianjin Heping District Cultivation School, Baoding Special Education Center, and Qingxian Special Education Center of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province gathered together to hold a signing ceremony for the integrated and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Hu Xiaohui, Deputy Director of Qingxian Education Bureau, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, Wang Hongxia, Principal of Beijing Jianxiang School, Sun Jingyan, Principal of Tianjin Heping District Cultivation School, Chen Shumei, Principal of Qingxian Special Education Center of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, Pei Mofei, Vice Principal of Baoding Special Education Center, and more than 20 cadres and teachers from the four schools participated in the event.
First of all, the participating leaders watched the promotional video of Beijing Jianxiang School and visited the campus environment to have an in-depth understanding of the school's running philosophy, education and teaching achievements, and teacher team construction. Wang Hongxia, principal of Beijing Jianxiang School, gave a detailed introduction from the policy requirements of special education development, the opportunities and challenges of special education development, the school's school purpose, curriculum construction, home-school co-education, and future in-depth cooperation.
Subsequently, the principals of the other three schools also introduced the development history, school culture, student needs, teaching staff, curriculum setting, special activities and other contents of the schools, which deepened the in-depth understanding of each school. Zhao Guoyong, director of Tianjin Heping District Cultivation School, introduced the content of the cooperation project. The four universities in the three places will carry out cooperation at the four levels of "docking, exchange, integration and innovation", and will innovate the collaborative development model from resource sharing to teacher exchange, from curriculum co-construction to scientific research collaboration, and work together to explore new models and paths of special education, so as to provide more high-quality and personalized education services for every student with special needs.
Next, Beijing Jianxiang School, Tianjin Heping District Cultivation School, Baoding Special Education Center of Hebei Province and Qingxian Special Education Center of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province signed an agreement on the integrated coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
In his speech, Hu Xiaohui, deputy director of the Qingxian County Education Bureau of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, first expressed warm congratulations on today's signing, and said that the signing has made an important contribution to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
In the future, the four schools will establish a multi-school linkage mechanism, with a more open mind and closer cooperation, to jointly build a new ecology for the coordinated development of special education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, write a new chapter for the development of special education, and contribute to the harmonious progress of society.
