He is a youth community planner in Huangpu District and the director of the creation studio of Shanghai Zhongfang Architecture No. 2. As a professional architect, he is good at using professional architectural language, while satisfying various functions, creatively solving problems, creating an infectious space, and improving the quality of architectural space for people to live and live. He presided over the design of the "One Street One Road" demonstration area construction project in Yuyuan Street, Huangpu District, the micro-renewal of Heng'an Fang, the red post station of Huangpu Central Building, and the renovation of catering space, so as to provide a better, more interesting and more dynamic living space for the surrounding residents.
Yuyuan Street Fuyou Road "one street and one road" transformation
Fuyou Road is located in the north of the old town of Shanghai, and is an important golden belt in the Yuyuan business district. As the only way to the "core of the old city" from the north, Fuyou Road has gone through the Bangpu connection, the three bridges Nafu, the filling of the Bang Road, and the change of the market, and the Fuyou Road business circle with small commodity commercial buildings as the main body has gradually matured and become a unique core commercial block in the Yuyuan Garden Scenic Area. What remains unchanged is the expectation of residents to live in peace and pray for blessings and festivals, and it is the unique blessing, popularity and fireworks of the old city. Therefore, the "One Street and One Road" renovation project of Fuyou Road revolves around the word "Fu" to create the "Fu Road" of the old city. With the theme of "Walking Fu Road, Viewing Fu Jing, and Visiting Fu City", and taking "Yifu Road, Sanfu Jing, Wufu Lane and Yishan Fang" as the scene creation strategy, we will promote the cultural, commercial and tourism multi-functional complex of Fuyou Road, promote the adjustment and transformation of the small commodity market, and promote the improvement of the quality of business and tourism in the old city area. Last year, the first phase of the renovation project was implemented, creating the Fushu Lingering Flower Node, the renovation of the golden and jade brilliant façade, and the overall pavement and greening renewal of the Lishui Road-Anren Street section. To open up the "last mile" of urban governance, it is necessary to make every effort to improve the level of community management services, meet the needs of residents in pursuit of high-quality life, and promote the harmonious development of communities. The report provides an in-depth analysis of the development process of community planning and governance in Shanghai, systematically analyzes the characteristics and experience of community space governance in China, and explores the optimization strategies of community space governance in combination with the governance cases of community renewal in Shanghai.

01 Fuyou Road "One Street, One Road" project
Since 2022, in accordance with the requirements of the District Party Committee and the District Government on the construction of the "One Street, One Road" demonstration area and the "10-minute community life circle", combined with the characteristics of the old city and the development plan of the Greater Yuyuan Garden Area, Yuyuan Street has proposed and implemented the "One Hundred Phases and Blessings of Chenguang - One Street and One Road" Construction Project Plan of Yuyuan Street. The construction of the project implements the concept of "whole-process people's democracy" and adheres to the principle of "drawing a blueprint to the end". With Fuyou Road as the core, it will be promoted in stages. The core area of the project is along Fuyou Road (Henan South Road-Anren Street Section), with a total length of about 500m, focusing on the activation and reconstruction of the old city "Fu Road", creating a scene of "Yifu Road, Sanfujing, Wufu Lane, and Yishanfang", connecting the ancient city park, subway park, and back streets and alleys in turn, helping the subsequent transformation and upgrading of the small commodity market through the improvement of hardware facilities, and also focusing on retaining the cultural features of the Yuyuan Garden area. The design style of the road renewal "Daishui Bridge Bang" is taken from the regional history of Fuyou Road, which was called "Heiqiao Bang" before the Republic of China filled in Bang and repaired the road, and spanned the three bridges of Beixianghua Bridge, Anren Bridge and Fuyou Bridge; The construction of the public area of "pictorial landscaping" is stylized and uses the artistic conception of "transparent green" of the classical gardens in the south of the Yangtze River. In 2024, the street will continue to deepen the second phase of the project, and build Fuyou Road into a characteristic block with a beautiful city environment, a high-quality business environment, accelerated production capacity upgrades, and a slow life of leisure fireworks.

02 Yuyuan Street Community Cultural Activity Center
Yuyuan Community Cultural Activity Center is located on the third to fifth floors of No. 65 Fujia Street, with an area of about 5,335.4 square meters, and opened to the public on August 6, 2019. The center has a modern theater, a film and television hall, a library, an exhibition hall, a gymnasium, a table tennis room and 12 comprehensive classrooms, which can provide residents with public cultural services such as education, learning, entertainment, fitness and training for the elderly.
Combined with the unique historical features, cultural heritage and artistic connotation of the Yuyuan Garden area, according to the 16 characteristic cultures of the old city, the three routes featuring business vein, cultural context and human connection are sorted out and integrated into the building itself of the cultural center, using different forms of expression to make the culture more vibrant, and painting a beautiful picture of "poetry and distance".
