In order to improve the coverage and effectiveness of anti-fraud propaganda and further protect the property safety of the people, recently, Linjiaya Street invited the Economic Investigation Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department, the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Qinghai Branch of China UnionPay Co., Ltd. to carry out a publicity campaign on the prevention of economic crimes with the theme of "Working with the People and Guarding for You", so as to effectively enhance the awareness of the people in the jurisdiction to prevent economic crimes and create a good atmosphere for the rule of law. Relevant leaders of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the Political and Legal Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Finance Bureau, the District Municipal Supervision Bureau, the Chengdong Public Security Bureau, the Street Judicial Office, the District Police Station, the Party members and cadres of each village (community) and the people in the jurisdiction participated in the event.
Concentrate on teaching "sending dry goods", and the whole people will fight against fraud in the hearts of the people. During the event, the deputy head of the Economic Investigation Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department explained and demonstrated the issues that the masses are most concerned about, such as "illegal fundraising routines, illegal fundraising scams, and how to identify, prevent and avoid being deceived". At the teaching site, the deputy detachment leader introduced the relevant legal provisions in detail in the form of a combination of PPT courseware display and case warning, and used easy-to-understand language and vivid cases to turn the "didactic" law popularization into "communicative" interaction, and guide the residents to identify scams in a timely manner, improve their awareness of prevention, and achieve "do not listen, do not believe, and do not transfer", and effectively improve the ability of the people in the jurisdiction to recognize and prevent fraud, recognize fraud and fight fraud. Through the combination of display boards, distribution of promotional gifts, and on-site interactive Q&A, the main characteristics and manifestations of common economic crimes such as online pyramid schemes, illegal fundraising, new money laundering, and counterfeit money in the current economic crimes are explained in detail.
Rule of law publicity is "fully covered", and a rule of law atmosphere is created. In the National Unity and Progress Corridor of Lin'an Homeland, the staff widely publicized the knowledge of relevant laws and regulations on the prevention of telecommunication fraud, illegal fundraising, pyramid schemes, etc., by hanging banners, posting posters, distributing brochures, and consulting and answering questions, so as to guide the residents to establish a correct investment and financing concept, consciously stay away from and resist illegal fundraising, effectively improve legal awareness and risk prevention awareness, and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. At the same time, in order to promote the regionalization of the party building and the joint construction of the community property party building, the street organized the property company to take the initiative to participate in the special publicity and business consultation of the Civil Code and the Property Law, and earnestly answered the residents' questions about "community parking spaces, animal breeding disputes" and carried out on-site interaction and rights protection, providing zero-distance, low-cost and high-efficiency legal popularization services for residents in the jurisdiction.
Preaching "down-to-earth" on the spot, popularizing the law and benefiting the people. With the work of "rule of law publicity and benefiting the people" as the main line, Linjiaya Street also carried out people's livelihood policy publicity with the theme of "unblocking people's livelihood service channels and improving the level of people's livelihood security" at the event site, set up a booth to prevent economic crimes, telecommunication network fraud, employment and entrepreneurship, difficulty relief, domestic waste classification and other relevant laws and regulations, and Huimin policy publicity booths, and invited a professional team of lawyers and relevant staff to conduct face-to-face law popularization for the masses on the spot. Contracts and other clauses closely related to residents' lives are answered to help residents understand the meaning of the provisions and understand the application of the provisions, and improve their thinking and ability to use the knowledge of the Civil Code to solve legal problems. A total of more than 1,500 brochures were distributed at the event site, and more than 50 people were consulted by residents.
