In order to do a good job in the placement of the Furong Homes Housing Project and solve the housing difficulties of local residents and talents, it is decided to carry out the registration of the second batch of Furong Homes Housing projects with the consent of the municipal government, as follows:
1. Project information
Furong Home Housing is located at No. 5, Fengtang Road, Lizhigou Community, Jiyang District, Sanya City, with 288 sets of houses for sale, with a construction area of 88~118 square meters, all of which are fully decorated and delivered. The sales price of the project is guided by the government, and the price list of one room is formulated according to the different floors, orientations, landscape resources and other factors of the house, and the average sales price is 14,500 yuan/㎡.
2. Registration time
From May 15, 2024 to May 19, 2024.
3. Objects of registration
Applicants who have applied through the "Haiyiban" APP and have passed the publicity, and have not signed the confirmation of housing selection for various housing projects in our city.
Fourth, the registration method
The registration work adopts the method of online registration, and the applicant family can choose the following two ways to register:
(1) Self-registration
Applicant families can log in to the "Haiyiban APP", select "All Services→", "Housing and Real Estate→ "Haianju", → "Project Registration", select "Sanya City→ click the "OK" button to enter the project registration page, and follow the corresponding prompts to register (see the attachment for details of the system operation process).
(2) Assist in registration
Families who have difficulties in online registration can go to the Furong Home Marketing Center (address: No. 5, Fengtang Road, Lizhigou Community, Jiyang District, Sanya City, Tel: 0898-88869991) during the registration period, and the staff will assist in registration.
Tips: In view of the limited number of staff assisting in registration on site, in order to prevent waiting in line and causing inconvenience to the public, it is recommended that qualified families try to use self-registration for registration.
Fifth, the selection of rooms
(1) After the project registration is completed, the list of successful project registration will be publicized, and Sanya Saike Food Co., Ltd. will organize and carry out the lottery, housing selection and other related work of the Furong Home Housing Project, and the specific information will be notified separately after the project registration is completed.
(2) If the applicant is unable to attend and needs to entrust others to choose a room, he or she must go through the notarization and entrustment procedures in advance. The trustee at the selection site shall bring his or her original ID card, a copy of the applicant's ID card and a notarized power of attorney and other relevant materials to enter the venue.
6. Other matters
(1) After selecting the house, the applicant and Sanya Saike Food Co., Ltd. sign the "Housing Selection Confirmation", and the applicant who does not sign it will be deemed to have given up the qualification for the placement of the housing project.
(2) After the successful selection of the house, it is strictly forbidden to change the room number, and the violator will be disqualified from purchasing the house.
(3) If the applicant has any of the following circumstances, he or she shall not apply for affordable housing again in Sanya City within 5 years, and if the circumstances are serious, a bad credit record will be recorded according to the circumstances, and if it is suspected of violating the law, it will be transferred to the judicial organ for processing:
1. Providing false materials when submitting application materials to defraud the qualification for applying for housing;
2. Obtaining the qualification for the purchase of housing through improper means or illegal means during the review stage;
3. After signing the confirmation of house selection, if the applicant gives up the house selection and purchase due to personal reasons;
4. Other violations of laws and regulations and policy violations.
