Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the "List of 100 Landmark Projects of "Digital New Infrastructure" in Hunan Province (2024). The "Pumping New City 5G Small and Medium-sized Warehouse Construction Project", jointly built by Changsha Branch of China Mobile Communications Group Hunan Co., Ltd. and Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was successfully selected.
This is the fifth consecutive year that Hunan Province has released a list of landmark projects in this field, and it is also the fifth consecutive year that Sany has been on this list.
The 100 landmark projects announced this time mainly focus on the eight fields of 5G, industrial Internet, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, industrial big data, cloud computing, metaverse and blockchain, with a total investment of more than 5.9 billion yuan. The "new digital infrastructure" promotes the rapid development of new digital infrastructure by giving full play to the traction role of key projects, and facilitates the digital transformation of various economic and social fields in Hunan Province.
Relying on the 5G high-quality enterprise private network, the "5G Small and Medium-sized Warehouse Construction Project of Pumping New Town" realizes the 5G interconnection of 26 cars in the warehouse, and maintains stable online under the condition of serious signal shielding in the warehouse.
At the same time, with the help of 3D vision, big data analysis and other technologies, the project promotes the deep integration of informatization and traditional warehousing business, breaks through the traditional ordinary warehouse goods-to-person picking method, and realizes the leapfrog progress of goods-to-robot. At present, the consistency rate of project accounts has increased from 62% to 98%, which strongly supports the flexible manufacturing scenario of frequent adjustment of production line tasks, and saves millions of yuan in costs for enterprises every year.
In recent years, Sany Group has made full use of the new generation of information and communication technology represented by 5G to accelerate the innovation and development of "5G + Industrial Internet", and has achieved remarkable results. In 2023, 6 5G factory projects of Sany will be selected into the "2023 5G Factory List" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and 2 factories will be selected as the third batch of "5G + Industrial Internet" demonstration factories by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
