Passing through the traffic light at the entrance of Qingyun Runjing Community on Xin'an Road, they found that there was a traffic accident in front of them, and the two hurriedly got out of the car to check the situation.
It turned out that a minibus hit an electric car, and the electric vehicle was squeezed by the minibus and the isolation guardrail, resulting in the base of the guardrail being deformed and displaced, and the owner of the electric car was sandwiched between the guardrail, the electric vehicle and the minibus and could not move. The minibus did not dare to move back and forth rashly, for fear that the owner of the electric car would be injured again.
In order to quickly rescue the injured and send them to the hospital, Zang Quanjie and Wang Qingchao made a decisive decision to remove the isolation guardrail to save people after investigating the scene, and helped remove the isolation guardrail. After 120 emergency personnel arrived at the scene, the two helped the medical staff to lift the injured electric car owner into the ambulance before leaving the accident scene with confidence.
