Shen Zhenyi, male, born in June 1987, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the director of the Judicial Appraisal Teaching and Research Department of the School of Criminal Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, a senior engineer, and a master's tutor. Assistant Secretary-General of Shanghai Forensic Association, Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Committee, and Member of the Trace Forensic Professional Committee. He is also a member of the expert database of the Intermediate Professional Title Evaluation Committee of Shanghai Public Legal Service Professional Judicial Appraisers, a member of the expert database of the subject group, an expert of the evaluation of Shanghai forensic institutions and the evaluation of the professional ability level of forensic appraisal institutions, an expert of the registration and evaluation expert database of Shanghai environmental damage forensic institutions, an expert of inspection and school cooperation of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Procuratorate, the deputy director of the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Governance and Scientific Research Center of the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance, and a distinguished expert of the Supervision Institute of the Shanghai Putuo District Health Commission. Academic research
Comrade Shen Zhenyi is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of forensic legislation, forensic system and management, forensic science and technology, investigation science, and evidence science. He has published monographs such as "Theory of On-site Physical Evidence", "Research on the Same Identification in the Perspective of Handwriting Identification", editor-in-chief of "Identification of Documentary Materials and Conventional Instrument Analysis", and deputy editor-in-chief of "Research on Frontier Issues of Investigation Theory", "Research on Frontier Issues in Investigation Practice", "New Theory of Public Security", "Research on Handwriting Identification Theory and Practice", "Research on Theory and Practice of Seal Identification", "Theory and Practice Research on Handprint Identification Technology" and other works. He has published more than 40 papers in various journals such as "China Forensic Appraisal", "Juvenile Delinquency", "Journal of Gansu University of Political Science and Law", etc. It has won 1 national invention patent and 3 computer software copyrights. He was funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He has presided over one national rule of law and legal theory research project of the Ministry of Justice, and participated in a number of national research projects such as the National Key R&D Program and the National Social Science Project.
Honors and awards
