Looking in the direction of the tea farmer's finger, the high and low factories are close to Muchuan County. Walking into the workshop of Sichuan Huayi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayi Biotechnology"), the machine roared, and boxes of "Muchuan made" tea were waiting to be tested. It is understood that Huayi Biotech's 10,000-square-meter tea green smart factory can process 80,000 kilograms of fresh tea per day and produce 20,000 kilograms of dry tea per day. Huayi Biotechnology is seizing the opportunity to find a way to "break the circle" for traditional tea enterprises with higher tea consumption demand.
Invested in construction in October last year and put into operation in March this year, Huayi Biotechnology's layout in Muchuan has accelerated the pace of Muchuan tea going out. In the factory of Huayi Biotechnology, you can see that pieces of emerald green tea can be completed along the digital control production line to complete a number of production processes such as silage, killing, winnowing, resurgence, arrangement, drying and fragrance, forming the whole process of dry tea products off the production line. It is worth mentioning that this production line only has a few workers to inspect the production, and the whole is digitally controlled. Compared with the traditional semi-manual and semi-mechanized production, the per capita output value has increased by more than 10 times.
"At present, the patents incorporated into the whole process production line are all independently developed by us. Better production processes and more energy-saving and environmentally friendly digital control panels can save energy and increase efficiency for enterprises. When it came to the tea production line, Fang Ke, deputy general manager of Huayi Biotechnology, opened the conversation. At present, the three intelligent production lines are intelligent bulk black tea, bulk green tea primary processing and tea refining processing production lines, which realize the full automatic control from raw materials to finished products, and can process different tea categories in four seasons at the same time, and produce finished dry tea of different standards.

Good equipment also has to have good raw materials. "The total extract content of Muchuan tea is more than 40%." Fang Ke introduced that as early as May last year, the maximum residue limit standard for pesticides in domestic tea was increased to 110. The introduction of new national standards means that the market has new demand, and Huayi Biology, which has been doing strict tea selection export trade, has opened a new track of domestic tea with higher standards.
