On the evening of May 13, the 2024 Zhengzhou Thousand Villages and Hundred Towns Hemei Village Basketball Tournament (Xingyang Station) and the first Suohe Tianyue Bay Chulou Village Basketball Invitational Tournament in Xingyang City kicked off in Longgang Road Basketball Park, and 14 teams will take a combination of group round-robin and knockout rounds to compete for the champion, runner-up and third place.
The event was hosted by the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, Suohe Street, and undertaken by the Municipal Sports Center, Chulou Village, and the Municipal Basketball Sports Club, aiming to promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health, lead the rural fashion, spread a positive and healthy lifestyle, help comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and accelerate the construction of livable, workable and beautiful villages.
It is reported that the competition will be held from May 13th to May 25th at 19:00 every night. Among them, the semi-finals will be held on the evening of May 24, and the champion, runner-up and third place will be contested on the evening of May 25. (Xingyang financial media reporter An Fei)
