The biggest feature of this trial is the "cloud response" - the two defendants' administrative organs appeared in court to respond to the lawsuit in Ningxiang through the smart cloud response platform located in the hearing room of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, which also marks the official operation of the "smart response platform" in Ningxiang City.
According to the reporter's understanding, in order to better promote the work of the person in charge of the city's administrative organs to appear in court and respond to the lawsuit, and provide efficient and convenient services for the city's administrative organs to participate in the trial work, the Ningxiang Municipal Bureau of Justice actively communicates with the Changsha Railway Transport Court, and builds a Ningxiang smart cloud response platform in the Ningxiang Municipal Bureau of Justice, and the Changsha Railway Transport Court provides data sharing support. After the smart response platform is officially put into operation, each administrative organ may, with the consent of the trial court, make online court appearances and respond to litigation through the smart cloud response platform.
After the trial on the same day, the staff of the defendant unit said that through the online trial, they could take a car from Ningxiang to Changsha for the court without getting up at 6 o'clock in the morning, which not only reduced the pain of traveling back and forth, saved administrative expenses, but also effectively improved work efficiency.
"Although, with the great attention of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the person in charge of the city's administrative organs has achieved good results in appearing in court to respond to the lawsuit. However, in practice, the departments and units pointed out that the business work was busy, and the time spent traveling to and from Changsha for court sessions also restricted the orderly progress of the work." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Justice said. The construction of the "Smart Response Platform" in Ningxiang City is another measure taken by the municipal judicial administrative organs to actively promote the benign interaction between the judiciary and the administration, providing efficient and convenient services for various departments and units to participate in the trial work, aiming to help the administrative organs do a good job in responding to the lawsuit and promote the construction of a rule of law government.
