A few days ago, Baojun Yunhai appeared in the latest batch of new car catalogs of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the new car is positioned as a compact SUV, and will launch a pure electric version and a plug-in hybrid version. In terms of appearance, the new car adopts a new design style, the difference between the pure electric version and the plug-in hybrid version is mainly concentrated in the front face, the pure electric version adopts a closed grille design, and the sharp headlights extend downward, which is visually sharper. The lower grille adopts a dense dot matrix layout, and the blackened treatment enhances the sportiness of the front face. The plug-in hybrid version of the front face adopts a more exaggerated vent shape, with trapezoidal style heat vents, which is more sporty than the pure electric version.
The overall shape of the side body is relatively stretched, the roofline has been slightly slower, and the B-pillar and wheel arches have been blackened to form a contrasting color match with the body color. Both versions are available in different wheel styles. The rear shape is very heavy, with a spoiler design on the roof and a horizontal light source layout inside the continuous taillights. The wide black rear surround is rich in layers, and a bright silver chrome strip is added in the middle to enrich the layering of the tail.
In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4541*1880*1608mm, and the wheelbase is 2750mm. In terms of power, the all-electric version is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum output of 150 kW and has a range of 600 km in CLTC mode. The plug-in hybrid version consists of a 1.5-liter engine with a maximum output of 78 kW and an electric motor, but the parameters of the electric motor are currently unclear.
