2024 Announcement on the Supplementary Recruitment of Civil Servants by Provincial Organs and Their Directly Affiliated Institutions in Shandong Province
According to the 2024 work arrangements for the recruitment of civil servants by provincial-level organs and their directly affiliated institutions in Shandong Province, combined with the recruitment situation and employment needs, some positions need to be supplemented for qualified personnel. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Application conditions
In addition to the qualifications stipulated in the "2024 Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants by Provincial Organs and Directly Affiliated Institutions in Shandong Province", applicants should also meet the following conditions:
(1) Participated in the 2024 written examination for civil servants recruited by organs at all levels in Shandong Province.
(2) The written test score should reach 45 points or above. The results of the written examination shall be synthesized according to the ratio of 50% of the results of the administrative vocational aptitude test and the essay examination.
(3) The examination categories and subjects must meet the requirements of the examination categories and subjects for the position you are applying for.
(4) Meet the qualifications required for the position to be applied for.
(5) In the 2024 annual examination and recruitment of civil servants by central and local organs at all levels, they have not yet been determined to be hired.
II. Application Procedures
(1) Job inquiry
From now on, candidates can inquire about the relevant information such as supplementary positions through the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" network platform (https://www.dtdjzx.gov.cn) and the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" mobile APP "Recruitment of Civil Servants" column. If you need to consult about the major, education, degree, recusal, grassroots work experience, and other qualifications required for the position, please contact the recruitment agency directly.
(2) Registration
During the period from 9.00 on May 15, 2024 to 16..00 on May 16, 2024, candidates can log in to the Shandong Province 2024 Supplementary Recruitment Civil Servant Registration Platform (https://gwy.sdrsks.org.cn/blgwy2024.html) with the username and password at the time of registration, select 1 position and submit an application. Candidates must fill in and submit personal information truthfully. After submitting the information, you can check the current number of applicants for the position applied for and the minimum score of the written test for those who have entered the scope of qualification review. Until 16.00 on May 16, 2024, candidates can change their position and personal registration information. The registration system will be closed at 16.00 on May 16, 2024, please be sure to arrange the registration time reasonably to avoid being unable to submit the registration information due to network congestion and other reasons.
If the applicant provides false application materials, once verified, the applicant will be disqualified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information, and fraudulently obtain examination qualifications will be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
(3) Qualification review
From 9..00 to 18..00 on May 17, 2024, the recruitment agency is responsible for the qualification review of the online application. The qualification examination will be conducted in the order of the applicant's written test score from the highest to the lowest. After the number of people who have passed the qualification examination reaches five times the number of the job recruitment plan, the recruitment agency will no longer conduct the qualification examination of other personnel.
After the qualification review is completed, the list of qualified personnel for each position will be unified on the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" network platform and the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" mobile APP "Recruitment of Civil Servants" column.
3. Interview
(1) Determine the interviewers
The recruitment agency will determine the candidates for interview in order from the highest to the lowest in the written examination according to three times the job recruitment plan from three times the position recruitment plan. For positions that have passed the online qualification review and the number of people has not reached three times the recruitment plan, the existing personnel will be determined as candidates for interview. Before 18..00 on May 22, 2024, the recruitment agency will review the qualifications of the interview candidates. Candidates for interview must participate in the on-site qualification review at the time and place designated by the recruitment agency, receive the interview notice, and confirm their participation in the interview. Please consult the recruitment agency for the specific time, place and related questions of the qualification review, and the consultation telephone number is detailed in the position table.
In the process of qualification review, if the main information of the relevant materials is false and affects the results of the qualification review, does not meet the requirements of the position applied for, and fails to conduct the qualification review in accordance with the requirements of the recruitment authority, the recruitment organ shall terminate the recruitment procedure. For details, please refer to the "2024 Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants by Provincial Organs and Directly Affiliated Institutions in Shandong Province" and its application guide. If the interview candidate fails to reach 3 times of the job recruitment plan due to the termination of the recruitment procedure or the individual's abandonment, the recruitment agency will replace the candidates who have passed the online qualification examination for the position in order of the written test score from high to low. The deadline for the application is 18..00 on May 23, 2024. Candidates should keep communication open during this period to avoid missing out on employment opportunities.
The list of interviewers will be announced before May 25, 2024 on the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" online platform and the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" mobile APP "Recruitment of Civil Servants" column.
(2) Time, place and method of interview
Please refer to the interview notice for the time, place and specific requirements of the interview. The interview method is mainly a structured interview.
After the interview, the candidates' written test results, interview results and comprehensive results will be published on the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" network platform and the "Lighthouse-Party Building Online" mobile APP "Recruitment of Civil Servants" column. The comprehensive score is synthesized according to the proportion of 40% and 60% of the written test and interview scores, respectively. The results of the written test and interview are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded.
Special Notes:
1. Sorting rules for personnel with the same written test scores: If the written test scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the results of the administrative vocational aptitude test, and if the scores of each subject in the written test are the same, they will enter the corresponding link together.
2. For other matters not covered herein, the relevant provisions of the "2024 Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants by Provincial Organs and Their Directly Affiliated Institutions in Shandong Province" and its application guidelines shall be implemented.
3. This supplementary recruitment does not publish or specify examination guidance books, and does not hold or entrust any institution or individual to hold examination guidance training courses. For the relevant civil service examination training, websites or publications in the society, the majority of candidates are requested to be vigilant and rationally treated, so as to avoid being deceived and prevent damage to their rights and interests.
