When asked whether he wanted to include all marijuana on the drug list or partial, Songsa replied that it was currently controlled by international conventions. Among them, hemp inflorescences and extracts are all drugs, except for hemp fiber and seeds, as for the cultivation or arrangement of cannabis related reports, the planting area, imports, etc. depend on the discussion and negotiation.
Songsa said that because what needs to be formulated is a ministerial regulation, that is, it includes planting, collection, treatment, etc. Therefore, there is a need to communicate with those involved in the cannabis business, otherwise they will suffer significant losses, and there will be further coordination between Thai traditional medicine and folk medicine to obtain more comprehensive information.
