Dean Li said that according to the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Construction and Development of Medical Consortiums" issued in 2017, our hospital signed a trusteeship agreement with the Meilis District Government to actively explore the construction of the "Meilis Model" of a close medical alliance, and in November 2017, the Meilis District People's Hospital was managed as a whole to realize the organic integration of the two hospitals and establish the Meilis Branch (Secondary Hospital). In the following year, the Yalsai Branch and the Republic Branch were established, and the hospital had its own Ruby Community Health Service Center (both first-class), and since then the prototype of the 3+2+1 urban medical group has been initially formed. From July 2020 to the present, in accordance with the principle of "4321", the integrated management of the branch hospital has been implemented, and through the dispatch of high-quality medical and management teams, the establishment of an integrated information management system, business training and guidance for the medical staff and township doctors of the branch hospital, the formation of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment linkage mechanism, and the regular and uninterrupted free clinic activities and other effective ways and means to improve the overall diagnosis and treatment service capacity of the medical staff of the branch hospital and the health system of Meilis District, and truly strive to "leave the township for minor illnesses and counties for major illnesses The goal of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment has been steadily advanced, and the sense of access and happiness of people in the region has been greatly improved.
