On the afternoon of May 11, the "2024 China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release Forum" hosted by Xinhua News Agency, China Brand Construction Promotion Association and China Asset Appraisal Association was held in Deqing County, Zhejiang. Among them, the "Qizheng" corporate brand ranked 23rd among the national pharmaceutical and health enterprise brands with 3.546 billion yuan, and the three Chinese time-honored brands of "Foci", "Jinhui" and "Hongchuan" ranked 13th, 17th and 21st in the country with 2.556 billion yuan, 1.681 billion yuan and 1.181 billion yuan respectively. The six GI brands of "Jingning Apple", "Pingliang Golden Fruit", "Lanzhou Lily", "Dingxi Potato", "Huanxian Lamb" and "Qingyang Apple" ranked 17th, 56th, 62nd, 65th, 70th and 83rd respectively in the list of the top 100 geographical indication brands in China.

The public welfare "China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release" jointly organized by the China Brand Construction Promotion Association and relevant authoritative units has lasted for 11 years, which is an important measure to establish a brand value evaluation mechanism with Chinese characteristics, build positive energy of Chinese brands, and promote Chinese brands to the world. The release of information follows international standards and national standards, adheres to the working principles of "scientific, fair, open and recognized", and has received more and more widespread attention and recognition from the society.

This year, the number of brands participating in the evaluation reached 1,034, covering most of the leading enterprises in the industry. This time, 775 brands were released for brand value evaluation, with a total brand value of 125858 billion yuan, an increase of 2,434.8 billion yuan over last year's total brand value, and an increase of 2.1 billion yuan in average brand value. Among them, there are 28 brands with a brand value of more than 100 billion yuan, and 13 brands, including Sinopec, PetroChina, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Kweichow Moutai, China Construction Bank, CNOOC, National Energy Investment Group, China State Construction Group, Wuliangye Group, CITIC Co., Ltd., Ping An Insurance, China Shenhua Energy, and China Poly Group, have a brand value of more than 200 billion yuan.

In addition, 148 corporate brands and product brands such as Yanghe, Pien Tze Huang, Youngor, China Metallurgical Group, Luzhou Laojiao, Jieliya, Weichai Power, Weiqiao Entrepreneurship, China Railway High-tech, Zhejiang Xinhecheng, and 36 regional brands such as Wuyi Rock Tea, Lingbao Apple, and Zhongning Goji Berry have a brand value of more than 10 billion yuan.
