In 2006, Lu Xinyou, who graduated from North University of China, worked in Leshanchuan Natural Gas Equipment Co., Ltd., from an ordinary employee when he first joined the company, and became the technical deputy director of Leshanchuan Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution Equipment Co., Ltd. through his own efforts and hard work. For a long time, he has conducted targeted and in-depth analysis of the problems in the production process and solved practical problems; Through careful study, positive thinking, and diligent practice, he has presided over the development of a number of high-quality gas transmission and distribution products.
"This is my responsibility for structural design, important parameter calculation and verification of the overpressure loss cut-off type pressure regulator, mainly used in natural gas stations and civil area pressure regulator cabinets, at the same time with pressure regulation, overpressure cut-off and pressure loss cut-off safety protection functions, with high adjustment accuracy, fast response, good stability and other characteristics." Lu Xinyou introduced his invention to reporters in the workshop.
According to Lu Xinyou, the regulator passed the 2019 Sichuan Province New Product and New Technology Appraisal and obtained the appraisal certificate. The certificate recognizes that the product is the first in China, and the main performance indicators have reached the leading level in China, and it has been recognized as the first set of major technical equipment in Sichuan Province in 2020. In the past 17 years, Lu Xinyou has obtained more than 20 patents, including 7 invention patents, and participated in the drafting of the national standard GB27791-2020 "Town Gas Pressure Regulating Box".
As the main technical backbone of the company, Lu Xinyou provides systematic and patient professional guidance to new employees, so that new colleagues can understand and master the characteristics and requirements of gas transmission and distribution equipment as soon as possible. "My master is very patient and rigorous, and his guidance allows me to avoid many detours in my work, always explain complex problems vividly and vividly, and simplify the problems through 'analogy', which is easy to understand and master. At the same time, Lu Xinyou was also invited to Jiangxi Yingtan China Resources, Fujian Xiamen China Resources, Hunan Yueyang China Resources and other gas companies to conduct theoretical and practical operation training for their relevant department personnel. Through the training, the trainees can fully grasp the basic principles and safety operation procedures of gas pressure regulators and equipment maintenance skills, and become the business backbone of gas companies around the world, providing a strong guarantee for safe operation.
