On May 9th, a team of 18 famous teachers from Nanning Minzhu Road Primary School Education Group came to Yuegui Primary School in Longan County to carry out a teacher training experience exchange meeting and teacher-apprentice pairing activities, and more than 70 young teachers from various primary schools in the county and some township primary schools participated in the activities.

During the activity, the teachers of Nanning Minzhu Road Primary School Education Group successively shared their experience from the aspects of school organizational structure, teaching policy and the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, and introduced in detail the specific practices of pairing schools to help and exchange. Subsequently, the young teachers of Longan County and the members of the famous teacher team of Nanning Minzhu Road Primary School Education Group signed a mentor-apprentice pairing agreement, and carried out more in-depth exchanges in groups.

The purpose of this activity is to further establish the relationship between education and teaching business, carry out the construction of teacher ethics and teaching style, improve the professional ethics of teachers, and empower the professional growth of young teachers in Longan County in the form of mentor-apprentice pairing and point-to-point assistance, and form a professional development mechanism of "passing on and helping to lead" to grow together. Paired subjects include Chinese, Mathematics, English, Art, Physical Education, Ethics and the Rule of Law.

The young teachers who participated in the activity said that they benefited a lot from participating in this activity, and they will seize the opportunity of pairing mentors and apprentices in the future, learn modestly, and strive to improve their abilities in all aspects.
Lu Zhiying, a young teacher at Yuegui Primary School in Longan County: This master-apprentice pairing made me feel very deeply, just like finding a beam of light, moving forward with the light, the master will also make some plans for us, let us plan our plans for more than a year, we need to develop to the class teacher or teaching, and give us some corresponding tasks to complete every day, so as to better improve our teaching level and professional ability. Through this mentor-apprentice pairing, I have found my own direction and become more confident, and I believe that in the next year or so, my teaching level and management ability will be greatly improved.
