1. Agree in principle to the "Adjustment Plan for Land Acquisition and Development in Wanshan District (2020-2024)".
2. Your city should adhere to the new development concept, conscientiously implement the "Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China", pay attention to the protection of cultivated land, pay attention to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, pay attention to saving intensive land use, pay attention to ecological and environmental protection, properly handle the relationship between development and protection, organize and implement land acquisition in accordance with the law, and promote high-quality economic and social development.
3. Wanshan District shall, in strict accordance with the timing plan and planned use determined in the adjustment plan, scientifically organize and implement the development of the area, give priority to ensuring the land for infrastructure, public service facilities and other public welfare projects, and go through the relevant procedures for land for construction projects in accordance with the law. It is necessary to do a good job in the implementation of land expropriation, supply, and utilization in a timely manner.
Fourth, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources should strengthen the guidance and supervision of the local people's government's land acquisition and development and relevant government information disclosure.
