At present, it is the flood season, and on May 10, the Mashi Power Plant in Dalang Town, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, organized the 2024 flood prevention and rescue emergency drill, further strengthened the monitoring of risks and hidden dangers, and earnestly grasped the implementation of safety and stability to ensure rapid response and effective disposal in case of danger, so as to fully ensure the safety of the flood.
The drill simulated that the granite power plant encountered heavy rain weather, the water level inflow has reached 11,400 m³/s, and the discharge flow will exceed 11,200 m³/s, which is very prone to the risk of overflow or dam failure. During the exercise, the participants were serious and closely cooperated, and achieved good results.
