Recently, the preliminary design budget of the Beijing No. 3 Experimental School project was approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. The construction site of the project is located in the first primary school branch of Zhongguancun in Yanqi Town, Huairou District (Yanqi School) and the south side of the land, the latest renderings are here!
The project will build teaching rooms, office and management rooms, living service rooms and other facilities, with a total construction area of 71,337 square meters. The school has 72 classes, including 36 classes in primary school, 18 classes in junior high school and 18 classes in high school. The estimated total investment of the project is 418.16 million yuan, all of which are arranged by the municipal government's fixed asset investment.
Beijing No. 3 Experimental School is undertaken by Tsinghua University High School, and a management team is stationed to determine the principal candidate, recruit teachers and other related work. After the completion of the project, it will further expand the supply of high-quality educational resources in Huairou District, radiate and drive the improvement of the quality of compulsory education in the surrounding areas, and promote the development of regional education quality.
