In order to improve the living environment of residents and improve the quality of the community, with the consent of the county government, the renovation of the community will be included in the 2024 old community upgrading and renovation project, which has been publicly tendered in the Fengtai County Public Resources Trading Center on March 5, 2024, and is about to enter the construction.
