Prerequisites

Registration and preliminary examination of qualifications

Examinations
This open recruitment examination consists of a written test and an interview. 2. Rules for entering the interview after the written test: (1) Those who are absent from any subject of the written test shall not enter the interview process. (2) Qualification review: The qualification review shall be conducted within 10 days after the announcement of the list of interview candidates or after the end of the publicity. Candidates for interview should participate in the qualification review at the time and place notified on the official website of Chongqing City Vocational College, with their ID cards, academic degree certificates that meet the recruitment conditions (graduates of foreign colleges and universities should also provide the academic certification of the China Service Center for Scholarly Studies of the Ministry of Education) and other supporting materials. If the candidates have the same total score in the written test, they will be tied for interview. If the candidate is a staff member of an organ or public institution, he or she shall issue a "Letter of Commitment for the Honest Application of Staff of an Organ or Public Institution" (Annex 6) to the unit responsible for qualification review during the interview qualification review. Those who fail to provide a "Letter of Commitment for Honest Application for Employees of Government Organs and Public Institutions" or are verified to be within the minimum service period, are to be disqualified from entering the follow-up links and hiring.
(3) Psychological test: The psychological test is carried out after the qualification review, and the on-site test is carried out for those who enter the interview process, mainly to examine the psychological quality and mental health of the applicant. The test results are not included in the overall assessment score, but are used as an important reference for whether to be hired.
(4) The interview shall be organized and implemented by Chongqing City Vocational College, and the comprehensive personnel management department of the municipal institution shall guide and supervise it. The specific time and place of the interview will be notified by the recruiter. Candidates are advised to keep communication open and pay attention to the public information website of the recruiting unit. Those who fail to attend the interview at the designated place at the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the interview. 1. Professional interview. The professional interview is conducted in the form of trial lecture or case analysis, which mainly tests the candidate's job suitability, professional knowledge and business ability. The professional interview lasts 10 minutes and is worth 100 points.
2. Comprehensive interview. The comprehensive interview is conducted in the form of a structured interview, which mainly tests the candidate's logical thinking ability, comprehensive analysis ability, environmental adaptability, adaptability, language expression ability and work attitude, etc., and the comprehensive interview time is 10 minutes, and the score is 100 points.
If the actual number of candidates participating in the interview does not reach the predetermined ratio, the interview can be carried out at least in a ratio of 2:1; If the actual competition ratio of the interview does not reach 2:1, the recruitment quota will be reduced according to 2:1, and if the recruitment quota cannot be reduced, the recruitment for the position will be cancelled. Among them, if it is a shortage of positions, the competent department shall report to the comprehensive personnel management department of the municipal institution for identification, and the proportion of the examination may be reduced. On the day of the interview, if only one candidate participates in the interview for the relevant recruitment position due to the candidate's abandonment of the examination and other reasons, the interview for the recruitment position will be carried out normally.
The interview work shall be organized in accordance with the "Notice on Further Improving the Work Related to Open Recruitment of Public Institutions" (Yu Ren She Fa [2023] No. 72) and the "Chongqing Public Institution Open Recruitment Staff Interview Measures" (Yu Ren She Fa [2016] No. 281) and other regulations. For the position where the actual competition ratio of the interview does not reach 2:1, the candidate's interview score in any subject does not reach 70 points, and the candidate shall not be determined as a candidate for physical examination.
(5) The calculation of the total score of the examination assessment shall be calculated according to the "score calculation type" of the recruitment position in Annex 1 of this announcement, and the total score shall be calculated according to the following rules respectively (the results of each subject shall be included in the total score according to the original score; The total score will be rounded to 2 decimal places):
1. Category A positions: total test score = ("Vocational Aptitude Test" score + "Comprehensive Application Ability" score) ÷3×50% + professional interview score ×30% + comprehensive interview score ×20%
2. Category B positions: total test score = ("Vocational Aptitude Test" score + "Comprehensive Application Ability" score) ÷ 3×50% + professional interview score ×25% + comprehensive interview score ×25%
Medical examinations and inspections
The candidates for the physical examination shall be determined according to the number of positions to be recruited, and the total score of the candidates in the examination shall be determined in an equal amount of 1:1 from high to low. The positions applied for, written test results, interview results and total examination scores of candidates for physical examination (including candidates for supplementary physical examination) shall be announced by Chongqing City Vocational College through the official website and other channels. The medical examination is carried out in a timely manner after the interview. When the total score of the examination is the same, the candidates who are retired soldiers or fire and rescue personnel who have withdrawn from the national comprehensive fire and rescue team will be preferentially determined as candidates for physical examination; Other candidates are preferred according to the results of "Comprehensive Application Ability", "Vocational Aptitude Test", comprehensive interview results, professional interview results, academic level, corresponding professional titles, and corresponding professional (executive) qualifications; If the above elements are the same, a structured interview will be added, and the one with the higher score will be preferred.
The physical examination shall be conducted in a designated public medical and health institution at or above the county level with qualifications, and shall be organized and implemented by the recruiter in accordance with regulations. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), combined with the actual requirements of the industry or post, and fill in the Physical Examination Form for the Employment of Staff of Public Institutions in accordance with the regulations. Except for the items that should be re-examined on the spot or on the same day and confirm the results of the physical examination in accordance with the relevant regulations, if the recruiting unit or the examinee has any objection to the conclusion of the physical examination, it may submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a re-examination with the consent of the competent department of the recruiting unit, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. Hiring and remuneration
