On May 10, the Helan County Press and Publication Bureau, together with the County Education and Sports Bureau and the Public Security Bureau, carried out a special activity of "Rights and Interests in Action: Say No to Youth Bullying" in the No. 4 Primary School of Helan County, and conducted a vivid law popularization and safety education for more than 300 students who are about to enter junior high school.

At the event site, Zhang Lei, a psychological counselor of Yinchuan Psychological Counselors Association, and Gao Xiang, a police officer from Chengguan Police Station of Helan County Public Security Bureau, respectively explained to the students the relevant legal provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency" and the concept of campus bullying with the themes of "Youth Growth and Self-Response to Campus Bullying" and "Refuse Campus Bullying and Build a Safe Campus Together". The main performances, characteristics, and how to prevent bullying, what we should do in the face of campus bullying, etc., guide students to establish the correct concept of mutual assistance, mutual love, unity and friendliness, further enhance the concept of the rule of law and self-protection awareness of young people, and create a good campus atmosphere.
